  I would recommend this company to a very close friend or a close relative without reservation. They were very professional from the start, on time when they said they would be at the house for informational meeting, (that's right I said information meeting) when they came to the house the representative did not even bring contracts, just facts and figures. We were ready to sign that evening but they have such a "No pressure" sales stance they don't bring contracts the first meeting. Workmanship was amazing, when the job was finished at the end of the workday you could not tell anyone had been there, not even a piece of paper was left behind. ***** looks amazing, a little larger than the picture I had in my head but "wow" amazing and working very well. I am looking forward to the cut in my electric bills that have been climbing steadily. Financing was a breeze, done through a non affiliated lender of their recommendation they work well with. *******************. After sales communications have been amazing and have direct contact number of my rep in case of any issues or concerns, he always calls back or texts as soon as he can.

  Beware: Misleading, lack communication, falsify paperwork. Preys on disabled individuals. Did not complete install. Refuses to give my $20,000 back and I still have to pay for my electric. Now I have to choose between eating, medication or electric.

  Unfortunately, this customer is refusing to allow for ********************** to finish her solar array that was already mounted on her home and needs to be wired in for final commissioning. She willingly entered into a contract with Stateline Solar to have a solar array placed on her home, and upon 95% completion of install, she requested to be given all funds back, which is a breach of contract and unethical consumer practice to receive services, labor, and materials and request to be fully refunded. Stateline Solar has attempted multiple times to provide legal settlement options with this customer, and they unfortunately are refusing good faith negotiations, and taken to public outlets to share false allegations and fabricated information. Stateline Solar assures that this review is a gross misrepresentation of our true ethical and community based business practices. We take pride in our services, and unfortunately cannot anticipate customers like this that abuse the services provided by local contractors for personal gain.

  Work crew got right to the task at hand. They clean the work site each time they were there. They went over all the equipment with me and set up the inspections to get us up and on line. We are very happy with the system. ***********************************
