      Ocean Sleep Series 3 Softside Waterbed/Waterbed Bargains-Customer Complaint-Shown with box springs bases here- ***************************************************************************************** called Waterbed Bargains March 28th to purchase a complete waterbed. I chose the Ocean Sleep Series 3 with 95% waveless mattress in king size. I was told that what was suggested to me to order was complete as shown in the picture. What was delivered does not show the bottom section or what is commonly referred to as a box springs in this case I think 2 of them side by side because it's a king size bed. They did not arrive.( I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS VITAL PART WHICH IS USUALLY CONSTRUCTED OF PLYWOOD AND METAL WITH A CLOTH COVERING ON ALMOST ALL SOFT SIDE WATERBED BOX SPRINGS ) I immediately called Waterbed bargains and was told they would send a message to a manager who would contact me. Nobody did.There is nothing for this bed to sit on other than a metal frame from my previous waterbed and a metal frame but no box springs that came with my order. No box springs as shown in the images on the Waterbed Bargains website. I was told by a *** that I didnt order one! Then I was told that everything was shipped. Then I was told that I did not purchase a frame. ( I was not calling about a frame I was calling about not receiving the bottom part of the bed which the mattress sits on. No Box springs, nothing to mount the bed to and as such I am out over $2,000 and still dont have a waterbed from this outfit. There are numerous complaints online and I saw that there are even 2 unanswered complaints with the BBB. This prompted me to not wait longer and to file a complaint now.I'm not able to get a straight answer from the waterbed bargains ***resentatives and am now left for the weekend upset as I have not gotten from them what I expected nor did I get a simple answer from their ***s. Please help this 70 year old handicapped senior. Thank you.

      I ordered a waterbed from this company. They didn't do anything about it until I tried to call two weeks later. I had to leave messages with an answering service. The workers can't be reached directly. I receive a call a couple days later from someone in ******** stating they were preparing the bed, but they didn't have the wood for the foundation I ordered. I agreed to the wood change. It was Thursday, and he said it would go out on Monday. It didn't ship until the following Wednesday. My husband, and I are trying to put it together, but the instructions are missing, part of the bed is not build correctly, and parts have broken off the wood.

      Date of transaction online May, 5th, 2024. Ordered waterbed drain and fill kit, as in website pic, entailing conditioner, drain and fill adapter, cap, plug, and vinyl repair kit. TOTAL CHARGE *****, received **** package on 5-8-24, package only contained a small bottle waterbed conditioner and a drain and fill adapter. I called and had to leave a voicemail. Then I get email asking for pics, I send envelope, invoice inside package, items received, along with my screenshot at time of ordering, then get next email asking what is missing. I explain. Then I get another email from *************************, again asking what is missing, again I explain and he says they will ship missing items on 5-9-24. I request tracking info, then another email on 5-10-24 says will check on Monday as warehouse is closed on weekend. Same day different email address says a refund being issued. I did not request a refund or file a dispute. *****************, today 5-13-24 says in email that I was refunded, I tell him I did not ask for refund or file dispute, and his email stated that items were being sent to complete order. They now claim they dont have those items! Wow, I smell fraud, selling items that you dont have? Still no refund from this company either. Request products missing with tracking or complete refund asap! Awful customer service!

      Apparent false advertising.On 11/21/2023 I made on-line order #***** with waterbedbargains.com for three bottles of blue magic vinyl cleaner (code/sku inmx_vinyl_cleaner). Although there was no written description of the size of the bottle, the online description contained a picture that clearly showed an eight ounce bottle. Three FOUR ounce bottles were delivered. I have tried to contact this company through their website, but they have not replied to my repeated efforts to contact them.
