      My old cover for my waterbed was worn out so needed a new one so found it on waterbed bargains and ordered no issues.

      Needed a few waterbed parts and ordered conditioner, fill kit and mattress. Called and got help with selection and shipped the same day. I got everything 2 days later. Thanks. My heater went out so I will be ordering that from waterbed bargains this week.

      I was in the market to go back to a wood style waterbed and found waterbed bargains with an internet search. I ordered the complete set and everything was included which I really liked. Got everything got it together and now I am sleeping good again like I did years ago on my nice warm waterbed. Thank you!!

      **************** terrible. Ordered pillow online on 11/26 as Christmas gift for my son. As of 12/20 pillow had not shipped. Company never gave updates and when I asked still had no idea when it was going to be sent out. Contacted customer service and they were fine me canceling order. No apology. Would never recommend them.

      I was wanting to try a complete new soft side waterbed as I used to have a wood one a long time ago. Glad I did, we purchased the horizon and we love it. Thanks Waterbed Bargains for helping us out. Fast Shipping was a plus.

      I am not a customer and was simply researching this company. I was unable to find and address for waterbed bargains. When I call the phone number BBB has listed it had a recording saying phone number has been disconnected. The owner of the company is not listed with BBB either. Don't trust companies that don't post accurate information
