      On 08/23/21 , I along with my fiance Purchased a 2015 lacrosse travel trailer from camping world, shortly after obtaining this unit began having trouble with slide out, was told to bring unit in, informed camping world we could not bring it in due to slide out being locked in out position, I continued to contact camping world of this problem in which no action was taken, at this time we had started to make plans to have this fixed at our expense somewhere else, at this time we had not received any tags, registration or any other paper work on this unit, at the time I lived at **********************************************************************, all paper work they submitted had my address in *******, *****, we contacted camping world several times on this in they stated this would be corrected which was never done, we contacted aqua finance who this unit is financed through in requires to this and was told camping world would have to correct this, after several months we continued to try to get plates and registration for this unit which we were unable to do due to the ***** recieit we were given is on is under someone elses name. we have had this unit nearly three years, cannot move it due to slide outs and fact we can not get plates or inspection on this unit due to never getting original paper work and ***** recieit in someone elses name

      I am rejecting this response because: Camping work only attempted to resolve issue with registration, nothing to do with the fact no attempt was made to correct problems when camper was purchased only leaving me with a trailer I could not get fixed, could not move and has taken 2 years to get any response only stating they could now get it registered 2 years later which I can still not move the unit due to slide outs not moving, an issue I brought to there attention several times when the trailer was still under warrant to be told I would have to bring the trailer in which as stated to them could not do due to slide outs and fact could get no tags or registration due to ***** recieit being in someone elses name

      Camping World of Avondale sold me a fifth wheel 10/27/2021 and with the fifth wheel sold me a Service Agreement, ************** Good *** Travel Assist and Good *** Roadside assist. I sold the fifth wheel in January, 2025 and called Camping World of Avondale (**** in finance) to cancel all of the plans. **** promised to send a cancellation form to me in email. After 3 more calls over two weeks because I never received the promised email I went to Camping World of ******** to do the cancellation. **** produced a form to cancel the Service Agreement and told me to call Good *** to cancel the other services. I went to Camping World of Avondale because y calls were never returned by ****. I called Good *** and they told me since the plans were dealer sold that the dealer has to do the cancellation. I called **** around February 10, 2025 to ask him to cancel the other plans and did I need to go to Camping World of ******** to sign another form. **** said no that he could process the cancellation. After two weeks checked the status of the plans and they are still active so I called **** at Camping World of ******** to ask if the cancellations have been sent. Camping World of Avondale told me **** would return my call. No call has been returned. It seems that Camping World is happy to take your money but when it comes to cancellations and returning unused portions of plans they sell they will not return you money unless you go through hoops to force them to process the paperwork. They have no interest in returning non-revenue calls.

      I was hired to replace an RV AC unit for a customer. In December of 2024, I was conducting work specifically replacing a Dometic AC unit for a customer. I was unable to replace the unit at the time but I found Camping World in *******, ****** had a unit to replace in stock. Since I couldn't pass on the no shipping cost to have a new item sent, I purchased the following unit from Camping World in *******, ******: Model #B57915E711J0 Serial #******** PO #********* Brisk II AC Black 410A 13.5 I purchased this unit 12/31/24. The unit was packaged in boxing with no visible damage. I purchased for $799.97 Camping World dealer price. The unit remained in my storage unit Feb 12. I unboxed and noticed the black shroud cover damaged at the rear screws, not a big issue. Upon inspection removing the black cover shroud, I immediately noticed the compressor bent back(pic), the rear condenser broken foam, the capacitor box leaning to rear, and fan drive pushed against condenser. The unit is completely damaged and unable to repair. I spoke to Camping World in ******* (******* Du Vall parts manager) who I purchased from, and I was told they would not take the return due to the time delay. Even though the receipt I have does not indicate "as is" product. This product was supposed to be new. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Camping World for selling me a completely broken product. I have the up most integrity dealing with my customers and expect same in return. This unit was sold by Camping World-Medford damaged and without completely unboxing and removing cover shroud would have never realized the damaged in beyond repair. Attached are pictures of the damage and receipt. Please let me know how I can resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can still get my customer taken care of in some capacity. Attached images of the broken product never installed.

      Purchased a camper from camping world and when we took it in 3 years later to trade into a different location we were told there was damage to the frame of camper and we had to file insurance claim. Then were offered over 5000 dollars less for trade than what it should have been due to one location selling us a damaged unit without disclosing that to us and then having our insurance premiums rise due to having to pay for damage that we did not cause. I would like for camping world to stand by their guarantee and give us what market value of camper is

      In April 2024, I brought my camper to camping world of Bowling Green to have an electrical problem diagnosed and repaired. They worked on my camper, told me that it was an electrical wiring issue, and that they had fixed it, and charged me $766.60 once I got home and set my camper up. I realized the repair was not done correctly and my issue had not been resolved. I then decided to take my camper to the dealership I purchased it from in *******. The dealership in ******* told me that camping world had wired my camper incorrectly, and not to manufactures specifications, and because of this botched repair it had voided my warranty on my electrical system of my camper. It cost me $1649.92 to have my campers wiring repaired properly. The issue had nothing to do with the wiring that camping world had incorrectly wired, it was the inverter that was the issue. I would like camping world to refund me the charge for the botched repair they did, as well as the amount I paid in ******* to have my camper wired back to the factory specifications like it was before camping world incorrectly modified it.

      We dropped off our camper the first week of December in 2024 for a roof warranty inspection and minor warranty repairs. We were told it would be ready in about 10 days. 3 weeks later (Dec 19, 2024) we called to check on it and found out it had been assigned to a technician that was at training and hadnt been looked at yet. They reassigned it at that time and said it would be done shortly. Called back a month later on Jan 27 after ZERO communication from camping world and was told they were waiting for the water pump part and it would be done within a week. That following week I called back as there was again ZERO communication only to be told this time that they were still waiting for the parts to repair the lot damage. When I asked what lot damage they stated our camper had been hit and damaged while on their lot. We were never informed about this damage. Come to find out, this occurred on 1/20/25 - seven days PRIOR to when we called for an update and they still neglected to tell us about it.After back and forth with that, on Feb 5, 2025 we called a call from ******, our service advisor, who told us all the parts are in it should be completed within the week and also informed us that was his last week and we would get a new advisor. I called back the next week, around Feb 12, to be told they were still waiting for a decal and it I fact would not be done. Finally we were told we could pick it up on Saturday, March 1, but the keys would be with reception because everyone was too busy to deliver it to us when we got there. Have an email from ***** saying if there is damage to email and she will address Monday. We found ANOTHER dent. No response to emails or voicemails until the following Wednesday AFTER another email to corporate. Still the response keeps insinuating they will get back to us. Multiple calls and emails to corporate in the dealership and to this day we still just have a damaged camper and continue to just get the runaround.

      They raised the asking price of a rv after I inquired about it. Then after talking to them they where still 3k higher than the original asking price. It was a used rv. It's not that they had rebates from a manufacturer that exprired.

      Talked to them first thing this morning and they said they had a lot of interest in this, and they said if I gave them a $500 refundable deposit they would hold it for me. I have also already been approved for financing. 10 minutes later, they called me back and said that another dealership wanted it. After a few minutes discussion with them they put me through to finance and finance manager, *****, told me that now since another dealership wanted it they wanted $1000 NONREFINABLE Deposit. ******, who I talked to first, told me the $500 refundable deposit would hold it for me. *****, the sales person, also told me the same thing.

      The first time they came out was back in 7/30/24. The service was to see why our refrigerator wasnt working. We had lost all our food because it wasnt cooling. ****** told us at the time one fan was broken, and the cooling unit was not working.Then in September we paid $700 to have it taken to **** and bought back. We paid them approximately $ 383 to camping World. Was told everything worked fine we restocked the refrigerator and five days later we lost our food again due to the fact that it wasnt working. They have come out three times since then, The last time ***** was out He had called the company for the unit and put him on speaker. At that time, the person on the other end had told ****** and us that this unit will not work properly and that we needed to go to a two unit like a regular house refrigerator and have a plug-in instead of a gas and electric refrigerator. that was his recommendation to fix the issue. Jan 24 ***** came out told us that somebody jiggy rigged a fan at the top and that it wasnt even pointing towards anything to help, it was running, Plus, that one of our fans was not working, ***** said the cooling unit may not be working because the person that put the part in may have not done it correctly I have spoke & emailed ***** ****** ******* ********* *********** ****** We get the same story every time that theyll look into it get back to us and then were told its the manufacturers problem. Were shorthanded.****** said that they dont usually like to work on mobile because they dont make much money and that **** just wants to do the shop because where he makes his money. All we want is a refrigerator that we can rely on thats not going to make us waste food, especially since its so expensive now. And we did buy an extended warranty for this so I feel like we should have a working refrigerator. in a few months its gonna-be a year since we started all of this
