We purchased a used camper and they waited until after the sale to inspect it. Turns out the camper needed a lot of work. Which camping world offered to do at no charge.we bought the toy hauler in September 23 the service department has had the camper up until the beginning of February 24. They returned it to us in January just for us to have to bring it right back because multiple things werent done. At this time we face to face went through everything in the camper that needed to be fixed along with a text message with a list. When we took it on vacation in mid February and found that there were multiple items on the list that werent done, the camper wasnt detailed, and its FALLING APART! We got a repair ticket that said they were going to recaulk the roof and exterior which wasnt done and WE HAD A ROOF LEAK ON VACATION! This camper is trash, the camper and the people weve dealt with have been nothing but a headache. We were promised the world, promised this would be taken care of and wed have a camper that needed nothing but cosmetic repairs when we got it back. Now that we dont want it and we want our money back they are only willing to give us $18k trade in value on a camper that THEY'VE HAD FOR 5 out of the 6 MONTHS WEVE OWNED IT. We purchased the camper for $35k, so it depreciated $17k in 6 months?!?! They arent even willing to give us back our down payment or the payments weve made on it for the time we couldnt use it! And they arent willing to fix the rot that is there because THEY DIDNT CAULK IT LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD! They knew this camper was trash when they sold it to us. And now they are refusing to make it right! I have PLENTY OF PICTURES UPON REQUEST!

I waited a few months to make this review to ***** my emotions.I would advise to not go here. Go to any place that offers a ***** ****** post-purchase (e.g., ***********)I purchased a Travel Trailer for over 17K (10K actual value). 4 days after purchase, my mother had a severe medical episode. I couldn't keep the trailer since I had to move in with her to be her caregiver, and you cant fit a Travel trailer in an apartment.Camping World took advantage of this situation. They refused to offer me anything more than $8500 (50%). I tried to sell it elsewhere, but could not store it for longer than a week. The trailer was ***************. Perfect, like new, condition.I fully informed them that due to a family emergency I would have to relinquish the trailer. They did not care. ********* helped me. Camping World did not help me in any way. They even charged me a $200 pickup fee to come get the trailer. Then, they had the nerve to hassle me to contact the bank to release the title. Absolutely zero compassion, but bravo on the ruthless capitalism. A real boon for them, they get to sell a trailer twice.I cant say how disappointing it is that Camping World saw my tragedy and decided to take full advantage. I have since learned that there are other (3) dealers near and around them (within 25 mile radius), whom all offer differing ***** ******s from 3-7 days after purchase to "undo" that sale if undamaged.I recommend you go to one of them.

If I could leave no stars,. In 02/2022, we purchased a brand new Salem 26DBUD, that was delivered to our home. It has been nothing but problems from day 1. There is absolutely no way the service department completed their "mandatory" 8 hour walk through, prior to delivery. They would've seen broken latches, blinds not installed, wood cracked in bathroom, bedroom wall wasn't attached to frame, slide out leaked, and the water tank was hooked up wrong. We had to turn it in for repairs, before it was even used! Also, our salesman was the most unprofessional employee we've ever encountered. He told us if he was out of sorts, it's because his wife left him for the "druggie neighbor" and they continue to be strung out together. My husband and I became his therapists instead of his customers. He then left us in the middle of the sale to help a previous days customer do a test drive, and never came back as we were told. We were left with a brand new employee who never did the paperwork on her own before and we left with no information or papers on our camper. When it was delivered two days later, we were given the same paperwork by the delivery driver to sign all over again. We didn't get a walk through and have to learn through trial and error how to use the camper and find out what was broken on it before use. When we called them no one ever got back with us or had any answers. We had the camper almost a year before we were able to finally get someone to send us our copies on the sales paperwork and we were *********** a free one year membership with Good ***, which never happened either, and both companies would send us to the other to get it settled. We will never use this dealer again.

Bought a 5th wheel from this location. and it was brand new when I got it home the floors were bubbling took it back had it fixed. Then I took it out on Memorial Day and went to put the awing out it was torn the siding was coming off took it back again. Fixed the issue then had to take it back again to fix another problem. It just got worst from then since I have had this unit which I bought new Camping World has had it a total of 18 months this last stretch was from Labor Day Until Febuary12th of **** which was ^ months and 7 days. I have asked to be compensated for this unit being out of service and they have offered to give 6.5 months but nothing else prior to this. They are not wanting to give us the other 12 months that they have had this unit. I have all paperwork of every time it has been in the shop. I haven't included the gas to drive it up there and back since I liver 4 hours away. All I'm asking for is the right thing to be done. There saying is if you're not Happy I'm not happy this is a lie. I promise this I will never recommend Camping World to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with *******************, a Sales Associate at Camping World of ******************, located at **********************************************************************, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the exceptional service he provided.******** dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets him apart. When we entered the dealership, he went above and beyond to understand our needs and preferences. His product knowledge and passion for camping equipment were evident, making the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.What truly stood out was ******** commitment to finding the perfect fit for us. Im only giving one star cause you cant give zero. Where do I begin I guess the day before my confirmed appointment on Feb 2 the call I got saying I had reschedule cause they double booked at 3pm when my appointment was at 1. After a very long talk about how I lived 4 hours away from dealership I rescheduled for 10 Feb only be called back 30 mins later and told I had appointment on 3 Feb at 1pm by same exact person who just called and told me I couldnt do my appointment. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled 1pm appointment and what a horrible mistake that was seeing as my appointment didnt start till 230 so I sat there for 2 hours. Finally 230 rolls around by this time Im starving, aggravated, and annoyed. We start walk around and realize my gas tank is at 1/4 tank, the generator refuses to start, the outside shower leaks, the camper next to us decided we used enough power for the day and disconnected us halfway through walk around. We go to cargo bay where the paint is all chipped inside and no one noticed so they had call get warranty claim. Im told that I have good solar connection and look at solar module they tell me its being charged. Later I would find out I dont have any solar panels. We continue and first thing we come to is refrigerator they open it I said weird no light and its hot as s*** they tell me it takes 12 hours notice a change in temp in fridge. I bought that BS story and continued walk around we get to bedroom find a shredded blanket on main bed and missing light fixtures. I immediately asked I thought this was inspected and ready to leave today. They immediately get **** I guess the service advisor over work on it. Notice the use of quotations thats because it still wasnt fixed 3 hours later when I was ready to leave and handed a set of already bent keys to my exterior holding bays. This was my first ever RV purchase and prolly one worst experiences I have ever had I still have a non working fridge.

I purchased a travel trailer in dec 2023. Upon arrival I was asking for quotes of specific travel trailer with a breakdown on costs. I specifically told *** NOT to run my credit. He ran my credit and I confront him and his manager who ran my credit. I also told Him NOT to run my husbands but what did they do? Ran my husband who WAS NOT present. They felt the need to do it because he was in the system 60 plus days ago and felt ***********. I did confront *** and his boss. I decided to purchase from there due to the fact I did not want my credit ran again. Well, its been nearly two months and I HAVE NOT received my license plate or registration. I have been contacting their camping world by phone and *** personally my text and he is either not at work, the titling clerk is not in, and the store manager says he will get to us and has not. It has officially been about two weeks of using consistently requesting help with our registration. I specifically told *** once he made the sale with us we would not hear from him because that is what most sales men do. Thankfully, not issues with my travel trailer but horrible customer service. DO not buy from here.

Never buy an ** from ******* ***** in ******** **. I have owned **s my entire life. We purchased a 2019 32 ***** from them (with an extended warranty for appliances) 8 months ago. The warranty cost $3500. Since day 1 the refrigerator did not work. We were on our first camping trip and had to use coolers and ice for 7 people. We have since brought the ** back 4 times for repair. The first 3 times the techs could not find anything wrong with it and said the refrigerator worked properly. Back at home, after 12 hours, it stopped working again, both on electric and propane. They had it for a cumulative time of over 8 weeks during this time. The 4th time we brought it brings us to today. Theyve had the ** for 3 months this time around. Yes, 3 months. 6 weeks ago we went to check on the status and they admitted that after 6 weeks they hadnt even looked at it. Now they finally conceded it is in fact broken.Since then theyve had 3 resolutions that have not fixed the problem. Always an excuse. They refuse to replace the refrigerator despite having the $3500 warranty for this very problem. In 8 months of ownership the dealership has had the ** for more than half of it. They dont care. They are incompetent and useless. We are in the process of meeting with an attorney now to file a lawsuit since nothing has motivated them to do right. Stay away from this fraud of a dealership.

Bought used 2013 ******* fifth wheel and traded in my 2013 outback bumper pull RV in May 2023. In week one noticed lots of water in bedroom closet with black mold and mushroom growing out of carpet, light fixture on living room slide out leaking when it rained, brown spot on carpet under light. growing mushroom, growing orange stuff inside and outside of fireplace cabinet on third slide out. Called for service to come out and fix. Warranty would not pay for issues. Called numerous times to get fixed and do something about all issues. Went in to store to get help and they agreed to bring it in to shop and fix all issues. Brought back not fixed and still having same issues. Started working with liaison at camping world to get help and said it was an insurance claim. I found crack on outside of fireplace slide out. Starting raining heavy and light fixture started pouring water all over and refrigerator started going out and flipping breakers. Sent video and pictures to general manager and liaison and all liaison would say is she would check again to see what they can do. **** RV back to them 2 weeks ago and told them I brought back and Im so frustrated. This is my home and Im 69 and a widow. Still havent heard back in two weeks.
