      My wife and I purchased a ******** ****** Camper delivered and set up by camping world employee. Our plan fail through an tried selling the camper back to camping world and the associate I spoke with depreciated our camper $26,000 2023 Camper never altered in any way, never slept in nor moved from its original location. My honest opinion it should be illegal to sale a product thats incapable of maintaining its value from the instant its removed from the dealers lot.

      They charge $13000 with a $170 a month payment for 12 years. That comes out to *****. $11000 in interest, how can they do that?

      Terrible service. From day one, multiple things wrong with new travel trailer. Supposedly fixed then broken again. Now the warranty is expired.

      Camping World RV Services (formerly RV Solutions) made a modification to our motorhome under warranty that was out spec. The modification resulted in damage to the motorhome making it unusable. We took the motorhome to them explained the circumstances and they said they would fix it. Three months later nothing had been done and they were saying parts would not be available for another **** weeks. We contacted an independent contractor that fixed the damage in 1.5 weeks from start to finish. I have been trying to get compensation from the company. In our conversations over the last 6 months we have found that the company did not take any action to fix their error/repair our motorhome. After 6 months of back and forth, they have offered to pay us 16% of the compensation we asked for. They say they will send a check. We will see. I will have to take legal action to get full compensation.Before dealing with Camping World go online to check their reviews. Their RV services get universally terrible reviews.

      If I could put my life on the line to get those guys fired, I WOULD! I purchased a brand new camper and within 30 days of my first time hooking it up my water heater leaks. I called and they been giving me the run around. I had to threaten to take them to court so they would at least try to send someone out to fix it. I traveled 8 hours and now I'm stuck with no hot water. When I call they hang up on me. The person who sold it to me has a nasty attitude. I would never recommend camping world in *******, ** to NOBODY! Its been 4 days and I have yet to have my camper repaired. The mechanic there told me I should've winterized my camper because of the cold weather in the past week. Keep in mind when I picked up the camper I took it straight home. Never even plugged it in. Well come to find out they had filled it up with water which caused the hot water heater to leak which wasn't my fault because there's labels all around the camper that say This camper has been winterized. Moral of the story, everybody there needs to get fired!

      I purchased my new 2023 Micro Lite 25BRDS here. ******** (***) was awesome to work with. She had to be patient with me when the sale of my own camper fell through and I had to renegotiate my deal with her since I no longer had a large down payment to work with. They worked it out and got the financing done with a much lower down payment. About three days after I brought it home, *** reached out just to check in and see how things were going and if I had any questions. Thats great customer service. ***** and ***** were also extremely helpful. I appreciate the entire team. *********************

      The extended warrenty is a absolute joke.But people can get a refund on it, just got to fill a form.My Rv has been at the *************** dealer for 5 months and they just contacted my insurance for more funds even after they gave me a final estimate. Been calling ********* several times to get a answer on new charges that I wasn't even made aware of. and email and calls go unanswered. Unfortunately for them I will be upgrading the Rv and it will not be camping world.

      They have poor customer service and service department. Canceled road side assistance and extended warranty three months ago still no refund. Once you buy from them they dont care about you anymore. They say if you are not happy they are not happy. That is a bunch of lies.

      I am returning this RV and would like a refund. I get ghosted when I walked into the dealership. I cant even begin to start where everything went wrong. I have returned the camper and I am unable to get anyone to talk to me. Unbelievable.

      If I could give negative stars I would. After sales service is horrible. Finance was not clear on type of loan or items being financed like warranties. Once you leave with your unit, you're chopped liver to them from now on.The service department is horrendous. My camper has been in service since June 2023, and it is still there. Poor workmanship and lack of proper techniques and knowledge. Went to check on it once and found more damage than it went in with. They lack communication also, only heard from them a few times unless I call and stir things up to get answers. They also charge you for things out of your control or not your problem. i.e. crate charge for the refrigerator that's covered under warranty. ($200)I've seriously debated going there and getting my stuff out of the unit and being done camping all together my experience has been so bad because of them. When and if I get my unit back I'll never go back there again. Nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
