  They lie and tell you that you are approved for a loan, take a downpayment, make you get insurance and everything then the day before you are supposed to pick it up they say oh sorry we couldn't get you approved. Waste of SO MUCH TIME and they are HOLDING MY REFUND still after over a week. They are scam artist.

  Everyone was very nice and very courteous. **** was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, he allowed the camper to sell itself. I would highly recommend.

  The price they advertise was not the price we got it at w/7000 down I was tired and wanted to get out they nicked and dimed me. ***** to ***** on everything. Had issues and brought it back 3 weeks no work done and told them when I needed it . I was told no problem when I brought it in. 2 blowouts 1st trip, you can dress up a tire don't make it a good tire 2020 rv. No reason for blow out unless bad tires. No dry rot evident.

  Well well where do I start with this store? They refuse to give me my deposit back because I decided to pull out of the deal because of family reasons. They still wont refund me and I used my card to put a deposit down. They are stating they wont refund it because of prep fees which are NOT listed in the contract anywhere. The only way a deposit would be non refundable is if youre within 48 hours of them telling you that your trailer is ready. We were not notified it was ready, we set a delivery date for a Tuesday, we pulled the plug the Friday before through calls and texts and I went down to the store on Saturday and thats when all of a sudden the trailer is in the shop and they wont process the refund! Yes I did go off on ******* AND ******* because I had family reasons why we had to pull out and nowhere in the contract did it state we couldnt get a refund for our deposit. We were not within 48 hours, we had 3 days left until our delivery. ******* was on his cell phone ignoring me and ******* wanted nothing to do with the facts and what was NOT in the contract. We even contacted corporate and they said the same thing about prep fees which once again is NOT stated in black and white on the contract. I will be pursuing legal action against this store! I highly recommend going to a different store to do business because this store is completely shady and will take your money and come up with all kinds of stories on why you cant get your refund back! I will also be blasting this store everywhere to let everyone know how this store does business! I WILL get my Deposit back one way or another! Do NOT do business here! Last but no least do NOT put a deposit down whatever you do!Below is the contract and nowhere in here states anything about prep fees.

  They are dishonest about prices, we went to pay cash for one of their campers they had posted on ********** for $5000 you would think it would be a pretty easy deal well I guess thats too much to ask for! Camping world charges $995 on top of every used camper they sell which they dont tell you about until you are sitting down to do paperwork. How hard would it be to post the camper for $5,995? No hidden fees and I would have bought the camper and maybe more from them but I guess its not about earning future business for them. I will tell everyone I talk to about my experience with camping world!

  On August 5 I called the camping World ********* ** location to check about getting a repair, ******* informed me that the 1st available appointment was for August 14 at 9am. I called back and confirmed that if the appointment was still available, I would take it, she suggested that if I could get the Travel Trailer there by 4pm, on that day (Saturday) they could hold it there until the scheduled repair. I also requested the free roof inspection that Camping World offered me when I made the purchase of the Travel Trailer, I was told to make sure all stowaways and doors were to be unlocked, which is unsettling but I was assured the Travel Trailer would be stored behind a high, electric fence. We all agreed to the above.The Travel Trailer was checked in sometime around 12 noon on the 5th, It was explained to me a diagnostic would have to be done at the charge of $97 and if that and any repairs needed could be done before the 14th, they hoped to fit us in, we agreed to that offer. About 1 hour later I received a text from ****** explaining an error in the price she quoted me for the diagnostic, I was a bit miffed, but it is what is and I agreed to the newly quoted diagnostic price. I sent ******* back a text with the claim number from my insurance company, which she responded to. Monday the 14th comes and I hear nothing. I placed a call at 4:10, 4:31 (3x), 4:32 (2x), 4:33, and finally 6:38. The multiply calls were because I kept getting hung up on, one I cancelled because it did not go through. The last call I was informed that the shop was closed but someone would contact me the next day. I received no call. On the 15th I called at 10:21am asking what was going on with my Travel Trailer, I was told that computers were down and nothing was known, not even if the diagnostic was done, but it would be checked on and I would receive a call. No one called me back.This treatment is unacceptable.

  Abominable!! Useless. Pulling quotes (which are always changing) for parts seemingly out of the air! Slide seal measurements EXTREMELY exaggerated. For the amount of seal material they said wed need, you could reseal slides on 6 or 7 rvstwice!! $3000-$4000 to fix a slide motor. Plus, never getting back to you about anything. Hands down the WORST, most incompetent service staff ever. We were lied to on several occasions. They couldnt care less about their actions are do not hold themselves accountable for any of their bs. Ive never written a bad review in my life; thats how bad this business is operating. I would have given 0 stars but it didnt seem to be an option ???????

  I Just had a horrible experience with this Company. After 2 weeks of talking with *** out salesperson which was Great on 8/12/2023 we agreed on a deal to but a new RV. We drove in and checked it out, put down a 4K deposit, signed a rebate form from Thor and scheduled a closing for 8/15 and 1pm. On 8/14 I get a call from the finance department telling me what my payment would be so I explained to him we already had worked out a different deal with our salesperson, **** from finance and the Gm so he said ok he was not aware. On 8/15 I am heading to my closing when I get a call from **** in Finance, and he tells me my refund for the deposit is ready. I explain i am coming to get the unit and he tells me no i didnt want since it had water damage and that was a not thru. After pressing him he tells me they will lose 18 thousand and can't do that. I explained the salesman had already worked this deal out with himself, the Gm, a rebate from the manufacture then he tells me he can't sell due to water damage. The deal they offered me they put together I have the text to prove it. Needless to say, they waisted 2 weeks of my time, me getting a cashier's check from my bank and buying insurance on a unit they now don't want to sell. Don't use them they are not Honest!!!!

  Buyer beware! They do not stand behind there campers. We purchased our camper from Camping world in *********** **. From day one we have hand nothing but problems. Mold, water line leaks, the fridge didnt work on electric, the water heater didnt work on electric, the shower head was missing but our biggest problem was the slide out stopped working. We had only been camping one time and had to physically push the slide out back in. Now camping world has had our camper for 3 weeks and every time we call for an update we are given the run around. **** from service ignores calls and emails. We have had to cancel 2 camping trips with our kids. We have 2 more camping trips planned and no idea if we will have our camper back or not. Their customer service is just horrible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

  This is the email sent to camping world requesting accountability for serious rust damage on a brand new 2023 **** Freedom Elite coach RV ...SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLD OFF LOT...PERIOD.I INCLUDED pictures when we purchased from Camping World shortly after on 6/29/23 showing the surface rust through out the bottom we of the 2023 **** Freedom Elite coach RV. We also included the pics of the 2023 **** Freedom Elite coach RV on 7/12/23 at the gas station nearby getting gasoline just after picking it up from being service for a few minor things that were overlooked upon purchase. Apparently the coach must have been driven too close to another item or structure and receive some unwanted damage.THAT WAS ALL ON 7/12....ONE MONTH AGO AND STILL NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!!!!
