      I purchsed an ** from this company and did a walk through when I finally arrived in *******. There was a few items that was pointed out to me by the technician and I was given an We Owe sheet from them for the parts need. I was told on July 14 that it would take a week to get them, plus I paid for a hardwired installment of a 50 amp surge protector. plus I paid for delivery after the work was completed. Weeks of no answers, multiple calls, Corporation got involved, then an emergency came up where I had to leave where I was living and a week in a motel. I sold the ** back to them and lost my some of my money on the deal, but I had to move back home to SC. Now I was told the check was mailed on August 5th and when I called to inform I still have not received it. They are holding it up and blaming corporate 2nd approval on it. I have email corporate with no response to anything

      I BOUGHT MY TOY HAULER ON 6/30/23 AT 5PM. THAT WAS THE ONLY GOOD THING!! TOOK TECH OVER ************************************************ THAT EVERY SYSTEM WAS CHECKED AND OPERATIONALLY. WELL... PINK ANTI FREEZE WAS COMING OUT OF EVERY WATER SPOUT, HOW CAN THIS BE IT WAS JUST GONE THROUGH? NONE OF THE FILTERS WERE CLEANED AND THE PROPANE WAS NOT HOOKED UP AND **** THROUGH. ITS A 45 FOOT TOY HAULER AND THEY ONLY SUPPLIED 1 12V BATTERY, COMES WITH 3. AT 2AM NEXT MORNING WE WERE WOKEN UP TO WATER DRIPPING ON OUR HEADS FROM CLOGGED A/C VENT. I REACHED OUT AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE IN TOUCH. 6 WEEKS LATER AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO PARENT COMPANY THEY TOOK NO LIABILITY AND STATED I DID NOT PAY FOR THEM TO PREP IT IN ANY WAY. CAMPING WORLD ******** IS A JOKE AND I WOULD NOT WALK IN THE DOOR FOR ANYTHING!!! THE EMPLOYEE TURN OVER SHOULD BE ENOUGHT TO REALIZE THAT THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL. I DO NOT KNOW I SINGLE PERSON WITHIN THE **** GROUND THAT ACTUALLY APPROVES OF GOING THERE . DO NOT LET THEIR SALES PITCH **** YOU IN! THIS IS A TERRIBLE HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WHICH I HOPE YOU DO NOT FALL INTO!!!!! RUN AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE IF CONSIDERING A PURCHASE FROM CAMPING WORLD

      I took my camper to this location nearly a month ago . ***** seemed great promised a quote for repairs within a week. After DOZENS of unanswered emails and calls. I called to speak to management. 3 messages for ***** service manager he finally reaches out on a Wednesday. Tells me Ill have quote next day and apologizes. He even gives me his cell number. I text him Friday no response. Text him 2 times following Monday. Still no quote. These people are ridiculous zero help and continue to lie. I have an insurance claim pending and they just keep running me in circles.

      I bought my unit brand ********** River 280RTX in May of 2022. Its been in and out of Camping World in and out since I purchased it. Recently, my unit has been at Camping World ***************** since Jan 2, 2023 for warranty work to be done. I was able to finally see the unit a couple weeks ago for the first time and the water damage I brought it in for has become worse. And instead of trying to offer a buy back and refund me the entire purchase price they still have it in their maintenance department sitting there. The water damage is obvious and is worse than when I dropped it off. They suggested I file an insurance claim to total the unit instead so its back on me instead of them. Here it is almost the end of July and I still have yet to hear an update from corporate or the dealership if they are going to buy the unit back for the purchase price.

      Warning!!! TAKE YIUR RVS, CAMPERS, and 5th WHEELS ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!
      I am writing this to save anyone time, money and peace of mind. I have never been spoken to by a manager like Mike did to me, threatening, horribly rude and hurtful without even knowing me. If I could give zero stars I would, horrible experience. The Manager Mike is completely unprofessional, issued threats to me that he would not complete things needed that they kept dropping the ball on if I didn’t give a good review. Service Manager Tony did nothing that he said he would do. They said they would clean it and have it detailed it’s filthy, it was there for warranty repairs and they gave me only one couch, trashed the whole camper and kept it for six months with excuse after excuse as to why something was delayed or not done. People would hang up, never return calls, I was always respectful and understanding and time and time again we got pushed around and trampled on again and again. They charged my mom $700 when she picked it up when it shouldn’t have cost anything and stuck her with a trashed and dirty fifth wheel camper in worse shape than when she dropped it off and only gave her one couch! There is too much to fit or explain thoroughly enough to talk about how atrocious the service was here and how they treat people, talk to people, treat their belongings or time. If I could give zero stars and still have you see this review I would.

      I purchased an rv from camping world not even a year yet.. I had troubles from. The first time getting it.. I purchased in winter so I did not open for 3 months.. when I opened was a leak ,brakes will not work and the lights they told me was my truck but that's not the case..I was charged a maintenance fee And cleaning. Fee but was dirt in it and food under the mattress , cob webs and spiders.. took it back and was told they cleaned it again but that was a joke.. I called and told them I put another trailer on my truck and had no problem also took to garage and all was good..but the rv will not work on my truck and other trucks. I ALSO MISSED A CAMPING TRIP BECAUSE I WAS SCARED ABOUT THE ** BRAKES DONT WORK..SO BUYER BEWARE THEY LIE.NOW IM STUCK WITH AN ** AND NO BRAKES.

      This is our story, bought Dec 2021, that walk through our findings were listed. While our destination trailer sat on lot. Bedroom window was smashed by vandalism and took til June to receive in campground. Punch list still not completed and its now July 16th 2023. When they pulled it out of lot to deliver in June 2021, ran it into a fifth wheel on lot. Damage to our unit. Still not fixed. Weve fixed some of our punch list at our expense. We canceled our extended warranty last October before it kicked in. Still waiting on punch list we could not do. CW does more than ****. They should be put out of business.

      I have tryed multiple times to reach out to Camping World in ********** ** and they keep telling me they will call back, But no one does. They contacted my credit union about a trailer I wanted and My credit union told me thay would approve a certain amount . Then I told them I was interested and I needed to know What the total amount was going to be. I was told $36,489.00 .They were supose to get back and no one did even after I made several attemps to reach out to them. I talked with ****** and ********************* and others there, Im very disapointed sofar, when people tell me multiple times they will call back and dont, Make me wonder If they can be trus The next day I went down to Camping World and I understand why they did not contact me it's because they were swamped by customers. I ended up purchasing the camper through them I'm waiting for them to do small repairs on the trailer . Ok I really got screwed. the repair work I was concerned about on the corners of the slide out and other corners were not resealed and they reashured me it would not leak at all and they fully checked it out and every thing was fine. They refused to let me check the roof do to liability reasons. the damage on the slide out on the inside was hidden by new recliners so you could not see the damage. Here is the real kicker, they told me that the trailer was going to cost me ********* and my payments were only going to be $455.29 a month and did not tell me there was going to be a $42,957.20 Finance Charge. for the lone. total of $81,952.20 for a 2019 wolf pack 25pack12 travel trailer. If I would have known I would have left without it.I strongly beleave I got Really screwed over. People they do not have the customers best intrest in mind. they are willing to hide the damage and be dishonest just to make a sale, ************************* Sales Associate helped

      They do not stand behind there work, they do poor work and will cost you more to fix their work They do. I had my camper in there 3 times for the same problem and now they want to charge me more money to fix what they have already been paid to fix .

      Camping world has not been good to us at all. We bought our toy hauler from them may of 2022 and we have used it a total of 5 times, we dropped it off in Sept of 2022 to have several major things fixed on it only to not get it back until June of 2023, to make matters worse when we get it back, we ended up with more problems them before. We use it one time and have nothing but issues the entire time. So we decided we are done, we either want an up grade or our money back. They are refusing to give us either. We are paying for insurance and for a camper we can't even use.
