They cancel remove you from the schedule without your knowledge and charge for it. They over charge and will not give back credit. They submit bigger surface to insurance when its only a one surface. They never call for insurance breakdown and when the insurance is not covered for some thing, they sent the bill to the consumer when they drop the ball. They steal your money they do insurance fraud, and they violate a lot of the ***** violations in the front desk area, and in the back clinical area. Stay away from this dental office unless do you want to be taking advantage of and you want your insurance to

I would give ************** Family Dental In ****** **. a minus 0 for charging thousands of dollars for service never received and allowed to do so with the help of a lender they referred me to (Care Credit) which is a *********************** For several months I've called care Credit explaining I never had the work done because my VA primary Doctor would not authorize the procedure because one of my ongoing medical issues is a too high blood pressure. Despite added medications to an already long list of blood pressure and depression meds, my blood pressure has not come down enough these past months where my Dr. is comfortable enough to sign a release. No matter who I talk to no-one can do anything because I signed for the loan and ************** Family Dental won't release the funds ( or me ) from paying off a loan for a full mouth extraction when I haven't had a single tooth extracted. Im on a fixed income and can't afford to go into this kind of debt for nothing. I truly need HELP!
