My uncle and I both called and told them that we needed an ignition lock cylinder replacement. Quoted us both $280 to come out and do the job. Charged me a deposit and the technician changed the arrival time twice and still showed up a hour and a half later than scheduled. Claimed the job was only for new keys and talked to his boss and the boss admitted they didn't tell him the correct job. The manager and technician told me I would get a full refund. Now their customer service department is telling me they won't be refunding me because of time and effort. So I am not sure if it's a scam or complete inconvenience. And after asking to talk to her manager or the owner she told me it wouldn't matter and that if I didn't calm down she would hang up one. And given how many terrible reviews they get they keep doing it. Should be no stars and investigated by the state for fraud

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.??They will give you a quote for a low price then bait and switch you. I was quoted $75 for a car lockout. The service was completed and the technician tried to CHARGE ME $300!!!!!!!! With zero notice that he was going to charge me 3x more than what I was quoted. I would've told him no do not do the service if he told me he was going to charge me $300.??There is no detailed receipt for what they charge you so they can lie and make s*** up. Attached is my receipt all you can see is custom amount. This is NOT a real company they are SCAMMERS.??When asking for a refund they call center will try to dodge you as much as possible. And they give conflicting reasons for why you were charged 300% more than what you were quoted. I've heard from them that "it was due to the car size." (total ******** it took the technician 15 secs to get into the car.) I've also heard it was because of weather conditions. Two totally conflicting reasons and none of it was in the quote nor the receipt, so they're bullshitters and SCAMMERS.??THIS IS A SCAM THEY WILL COMMIT FRAUD. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Upon losing my car key fob, I sought the assistance of a locksmith company who dispatched **************** and an associate to program a replacement fob for my 2023 ******* Palisade. Mr. ********* indicated that the fob was sourced from a dealer, but upon receipt, I discovered it to be broken and the key uncut. Though Mr. ********* offered a five-year warranty, the replacement fob he provided was also broken. He suggested that I tap it with a hard object to get it to close, despite having paid for a brand-new item from the dealer. When I sought redress for the situation, Mr. ********* referred me to his colleague, ***, who he claimed was responsible for the matter and would refund my money. Despite numerous attempts to contact ***, I did not receive a response nor an apology. The company's phone numbers have also been disconnected, and their service has been unprofessional, leading me to conclude that they are fraudulent. I have reported the issue to my bank, as I was unable to obtain a refund from the company due to their lack of responsiveness. The company, however, disputed the transaction, yet did not attempt to contact me. I urge that appropriate measures be taken to hold these individuals accountable and prevent them from continuing to engage in such unscrupulous practices. As a result of this situation, I have lost $375.

A "locksmith" from this business came to my apartment because my doorknob was locked. He supposedly tried to open my door and "couldn't get it open". He told me he had to drill the k*** to get the door open. Then the worker went to his truck to supposedly get a new k*** When he changed the k*** he charged me a high amount of money and urged me to pay. He told me that the high price was because it was an emergency service. The work he did was not the best and he did not want to come back to check. They are a fraud and take advantage of people. I hope this escalates and that the company is investigated.

Ran my credit card under two different business names - they robbed us of $1000 for services under another state and company name. Absolute fraud.

These company is totally incompetent. You would be a big fool if you call them.In January, 2022, I came from out of state to investigate the status of a condo remodel. I inadvertently locked myself out of the condo and had no knowledge of any locksmith to call. So I called the condo general management company and asked them to locate a locksmith to have them enter my condo. I had no knowledge of who the condo manager called but a person masquerading as a locksmith came to the unit. I was told how much it would cost me to pick the lock for me to enter the unit prior to the beginning of any work. The charge I had to pay upfront was $29.00 service call and $195.00 house lockout. The masquerading locksmith could not pick the lock and after several amateur attempts, he forced the door open by destroying the lock to the point it had to be replaced. He then darted away from my condo and proceeded to charge my credit card $224.00. When I realized the door lock was unrepairable, I was forced to call another locksmith since the receipt from Garage and Lock Services, **** had no listed phone number on my receipt. I reported to my credit card company that I was willing to pay the $29.00 service call (trying to be fair), but I refused the $195.00 house lockout charge. When the masquerading locksmith called me and said Why didnt you call me, I told him that his receipt had no phone number. Note: Their receipt had no business address either. It appears that this masquerading locksmith works from the apartment where he lives. I am also sorry to report that after several reapplications for the $195.00, my credit card company gave this company the $195.00 since they were constantly told that I signed for the work. My report to the credit card company in **** February specifically stated that they destroyed the lock and that is why they, under my request, deny payment of the $195.00. As locksmiths this company, Garage and Lock Services Inc, is a major JOKE. Avoid this c
