      I rent from Superior rentals I have been in this home since ************************* Superior realtors sold their company in October 2023 the new owners which is still Superior have not been keeping up with the utilities for this home, 4007 Laramie Ln. ********, IL *****. I have had issues with the water bill two months ago where they want to come and shut the water off just last month in July I paid over the total of $270 and water bill so my water wouldnt get shut off , I just talked to someone yesterday which would be July 11. She stated to me that I have a shut off final notice for all my utilities and my lease is states that I pay all utilities but Superior realtors have not been sending me the bill you can see on my portal that they have been sending me the bill , I have not got a bill this month for no utilities but when they put my utility bills in with my rent, I pay it so now theyre trying to make me pay $520 for the water. The sewer and trash is behind 200 and some dollars , I am on a fixed income and I am a section 8 tenant. You can reach me back at ************.

      We moved in April 2023 since then we have not had a stove that works correctly. I have asked over and over for months to have it replaced they and lied and gave me nothing but excuses. Now the are trying to evict us because we are 11 days late on our rent when they have did nothing to help us with what has been broken since we moved into the home.
