    On 8/01/23 i went to Ricky Rockets for a car wash on my classic **** nova SS I pay my $7,00 and went throw the car wash, went home live a few blocks away pull in my drive way got out of my car and noticed my chrome stripping on both sides of the car went back to Ricky Rockets and told the person at the car wash and she told me to fill out a complaint so i did.I waited a few weeks did not her nothing i went **** a few weeks later talk to the Manager, and she said the insurance company not Going to pay for it. They told the manager that i Shouldn't went throw the car wash with my **** nova ss the car was to old to go throw. If it was to old to go throw why did she take my money should've not taken my money. and let me go throw. And there no signs that state older cars under a certain age go in at your risk.All i want is for them to pay for my chrome stripping. not the Labor of [$66} which cost me to have a body shop but it back on.

    I went to this Ricky Rockets on Monday June 5, 202. I went for a car wash and while going through I heard people yelling and all of a sudden my car penetrated forward quickly. People then rushed to my car and instructed me to back up through the car wash and past 4 different sets of brushes ultimately ripping my bumper completely off exposing the body, and scratching the side doors and mirrors. Something in that car wash malfunctioned and caused my car to fly forward on top of the employees telling me to back up through the car wash damaging my car. They made me smash my car backing it up into the big brushes in the car wash. After backing through the car wash, they told me the damage wasnt that bad and that it was my fault. They didnt even try to over me any type of solution so I called the non emergency police. The company told them I pressed my foot in the gas through the car wash so its my fault. Now I have to file a claim with my insurance because of something I know was not my fault. The cop also lied and said I pressed my foot on the gas and that why the car flew forward but that it not true. The car was in neutral and something malfunction in the machine and flew us forward unexpectedly and we had no idea what was going on! I was scared and on top of that my car was damaged very badly and received no sympathy, no apology and they lied to save face.
