    We do order paintings from this company for past few years.and we love them all! This time I didn't see well the details of the picture when I was ordering and I ordered it.when it arrived I didn't like ****** wanted to send it back.instead of shipping,they refunded my money immediately and they even let me keep the picture.so I still have it and my money got refunded too!!! These guys are amazing!!!thank you!!!!

    ****** was great. I didnt realize I was sending my order to the wrong address when I hit send.I sent an email asking for a correction. I received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within 2 or 3 days, possibly longer as they were extremely busy. To my surprise I got a response within a couple hours and ****** immediately corrected my error. That is great customer service!

    Ordered 3 canvas pictures. 2 Im keeping and the other I asked for a return mailing slip and exchange it for a new picture. I got an email reply stating rather than return the print. Donate it or give it away and they will send me my new one without a cost to me. Im very pleased and happy to use Canvas again.

    I have ordered from iCanvas in the past and have been extremely satisfied (especially with their customer service.) I have recently dealt with their customer service department due to issues that were not their fault but mine. I really cannot believe their willingness to go above and beyond to help me. You just don't see that level of cooperation today. I highly recommend them not only for their excellent customer service but also the variety and quality of their art.

    Great resource for whatever you are looking for in Wall Art. **************** is very responsive. Expect delivery in approximately 7 days as the art is made when ordered.

    An amazing costumwr service. ****** was so professional and accommodating- immediately answered my e-mail and arranged an exchange. Even as one-time- curtesy offered me to keep a print I wanted to exchange for the bigger one.
