We hired Brie's to liquidate our late brothers estate and we couldn't have been happier. We selected them because they have an A+ rating with the BBB. They were great to work with! Excellent communication throughout the entire process. They transformed the house into a cute shop with everything displayed in eye-catching ways. We were so impressed! And most importantly, nearly everything sold! Even our realtor was impressed! I highly recommend Brie's!

The owner is extremely rude! She doesn't care if anybody buys anything! She always has a **** and rude reply. She doesn't hire enough help so she gets overwhelmed with long lines and questions and is nasty to anyone who questions anything. The sale I was at had a school across the street with signs to not park on the street from 9-5 on Monday thru Friday. She's yelling there are signs that say no parking and people need to move their cars. Told her it didn't apply to Saturday but she kept on yelling about people getting tickets. Then I was overcharged $9.50. She tries to intimidate you if you question her when she's adding up your purchases and tells you to be quiet so she can count. I had to pay, get out of line and add up my purchases because I knew it was wrong, get back in line and get my money back. Maybe she should talk to and learn from the Balderdash sales company. They do it right. But she doesn't seem to have the personality to be able to learn anything. She already appears to know it all. The one thing that I really like is the online sign up system. All estate sales should do this.

I am sorry that the customer felt that she did not have a good experience at our sale. However I want to clarify that the helper she interacted with at the sale is not the owner, I am the owner of Brie's Estate Sales. My helper has been working with ****'s for nearly 8 years and is very passionate about what she does. Once in a great while that passion is mistaken for rudeness. The estate sale environment is fast-paced and sometimes very hectic. Our goal is to keep the event under control so everyone can have fun shopping. I have spoken to my helper and asked her to be more mindful of her tone of voice while working at the sales. We also would have been happy to speak with this customer had she contacted our office before posting a public review.

today. Items were 75 percent off I had items for 5.00 each with discount they said cost would be 3.75 I mentioned 50 percent would be 2.50 she insisted that 75 percent of 5.00 was 3.75. then asked me to move over so they can check out paying customers. Very rude think all the overcharging stealing or just don't have basic math skills not sure either way overcharging and rude. I have been to many of their sales probably over charged Every time WOW . Beware check pricing so you don't get scammed as well. I will never go to their sales. To be treated that way is terrible. I should have known if you look at reviews. Balderdash estate sales is going to be my next company to try out.

The customer presented three items to us for purchase with a starting price of $5.00 each for a total of $15.00. On this particular day, the advertised discount was 75% off which would make his total $3.75. The helper who tried to assist him is such a sweet person, she literally would not hurt a fly. However the customer was not understanding the math and argued about his total numerous times. It got to the point where our helper had to move on to the next customer waiting in line. Our online reviews represent a tiny percentage of the customers we work with - we have thousands of happy customers and a loyal following. We would have been happy to speak with this customer and explain the situation had he contacted our office before posting a public review.
