    On 2/20/23, I created a mobile order for 4 sandwiches, the store didnt have chicken so they told me when I got there they would refund my original order within 24 hours and to reorder the 3 sandwiches. I reordered and have STILL not received a refund for my original order. ***********************, who I believe is the store manager, claimed theyd help me with this issue and the store employee said she would refund, but neither have provided the refund.Im owed a refund of $26.38 I have tried to contact subway customer service and *********************** for almost 2 months. ***********************, a manager had emailed me back and said they would refund my order then ignored me after not doing anything. I opened another contact us and received another unhelpful email from **** claiming they couldnt refund my account (even after the store agreed on the day of the visit and **** agreed in their first email.) Every time I respond, **** starts from a new chain asking for my email address which I have provided no less than 10 times and he has been emailing that email address. Then he said "call him", there is no reason for me to give him a call as he has my email and mailing address and my subway account to provide me the appropriate refund. I also told him I wanted to have this information in writing as I would report the issue to the BBB if it was not resolved and I wanted everything in writing. I have attached the emails.
