    We had items stored with Doorage and they sent them to auction without any notification. All of my contact information is up-to-date and correct with them. In fact, I can go online to my account right now and request delivery of all of my items, even though I have proof that they've been sold. This is the link to the auction - *************************************************************************** If you click under where it says "Filter Lots", all of the lots that were sold are listed. Our items were separated into at least 6 different lots. Many of these items were personal and irreplaceable.

    When we moved and relocated to *****, we used doorage as our movers. With that being said, they were great in the beginning, they moved and stored our items in a secure location until we were ready for them to deliver. In fact, we even purchased the insurance for fear of mishaps. With that in mind, upon delivery they only had one guy to move the items, they promised us two/three; At that time, my wife noticed how the items were just thrown and/or packaged on the truck. Secondly, when we began unpacking our boxes, we noticed several upon several broken, destroyed and missing items. Immediately, we reached out to Doorage, even speaking with their Representatives, *******/******* and ***** on numerous occasions. They both had us to file a claim and send pictures of broken and damaged items. In fact, ***** stated that she will escalate the claim and told us that she will follow-up in 2 weeks. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, we gave her 3 weeks, after the no call and no follow-up, we reached back out and we spoke with ***** again; She said that she will look into it and she what's going on, and at that time we also asked her about our missing boxes and other valuable items; We gave her a list of the missing items. She stated that she will have a member of their team search the warehouse and she will be in touch. Weeks went by and ***** never contacted us until we reached out to them again. During that phone call, *******/******* stated that they did locate one of our missing items and whenever a truck comes our way she will put it upon the truck. We were happy to see one of our missing items. However, we're still missing several other valuable items that noone cannot explain and/or locate them within their warehouse. We asked them about compensation for our broken and /or damaged items. She said that she would forward it to their finance and/or business offfice person. Now, months are slipping us by, we're calling and calling, leaving message upon message, ***** is returning our calls. Meanwhile, its been a year and still noone has contacted nor followed up with us regarding our aforementioned items and/or reimbursement. What's the purpose of insurance if they don't honor it. This is bad business, CEO *********************** is letting his company fall by the waste side because its being ran by unprofessional imbeciles.
