    The terms and promises were very straight forward. I pay $429 to get the campaign started and it will run for a year. It will take 1 month to position the advertisement in the store correctly and I would be charged $179/month. I was told I would be able to cancel at any time, which is what put me over the edge of doing business with them. The start date was in July of 2023 and the advertisement did not get posted until December 15th, after the Annual enrollment period for ***************** which is the total benefit from this advertising. The customer service people have changed and with each customer service person, a new promise and failed promise has occured. I have asked for my money back and to end the relationship and I have been told that they will continue to charge me, even though they have completed lost 6 months of advertising for my most important business enrollment. I have been lied to and deceived at every avenue with these folks and the last straw is my most recent phone call with Sr. ******* that said I would never be able to cancel my contract and laughed at me like a spoiled child. I only want my money back, but the last fella sent me over the edge.

    At Terraboost Media, we take customer concerns very seriously, and work hard to resolve any issues that arise. ************************ contracted with us for ad placement on a digital kiosk at a location that was expected to convert to a digital kiosk prior to ************************************** campaign. Unfortunately, that digital conversion did not happen. We are actively trying to contact ************************ to resolve the situation and provide a refund as we were unable to install his digital ad for his campaign.

    My company bought signs to put up in grocery stores to promote our Business. Started this process on 10/3/2023. They billed me $300.00. They took the 1st payment .But most of the signs were not put up. Luckily my card expired. But I tried calling them numerous times and emailed. ***************. Called their customer service. No responce. No email back. Only email I got back way they are working on it. So I went to the grocery stores that my 2 signs were supposed to be put up on Monday 2/26/23. No signs. ***************, the one who gladly took the order will not return phone calls or emails. I have tried several tines. Then I get a email on 2/1/24 from a *************************** from Terreboost- with pictures up stating my campaign started on 12/1/2023- 06/18/2024 with pictures of my sights in the stores that I was just at. One even has a holiday box by it - like it has been up this entire time. I was just there , this is a complete scam. Photo shop. I want my money back. If they are not going to be legit about this. This company is horrible.

    At Terraboost Media, we take customer concerns very seriously, and we work hard to resolve any issues that arise.  ****************** advertising was successfully installed on 12/17/23, however, we were delayed in sending her photos to prove that the advertising was installed. Since ************** submitted her Better Business Bureau complaint, we have been in touch with the stores where her ads were located to verify again that the advertising is still in place in accordance with the terms of our client's contract. Since the installation of her advertising took place on 12/17/23, we extended her campaign to a new end date of 6/18/24.

    I paid a year in advance for advertising with their digital billboard to be placed in our local Albertsons Grocery Store for my real estate brokerage. They were to be placed "hopefully" before Christmas but "for sure" in January. Their timeline stats it is "still in production" since 11/20/2023. I have reached out to **** *** the salesperson who signed me up for this to just get "sorry, this has happened" with zero resolution. I emailed her again for help and communication on why they missed the timeline and nothing back from her. I called Terraboost HQ and no response. I just want the placement to happen immediately as promised or a complete refund. As a small business, $1500+ is quite a chunk of my advertising budget and if they cannot or won't deliver the billboard, I want a FULL REFUND to spend with a more reputable company.

    In 2022, my ex-wife (who was my wife at the time) subscribed to services with your company without my knowledge. She went as far as forging my signature, which significantly differs from my actual signature, and proceeded to charge my credit card without approval. Despite filing a police report for the fraud, law enforcement could not press charges due to our ongoing divorce proceedings, as she was still technically my wife. While they acknowledged the fraudulent nature of the incident, their hands were tied, and they could only provide a report that I submitted to our judge. Since then, our divorce has been finalized, and the decree explicitly states that she is prohibited from opening any accounts in my name or Social Security Number, or charging any of my credit cards, under the risk of contempt. I have been tirelessly engaging with my credit card company to dispute the charges from your company, but their responses indicate a contract signed online, which I did not authorize. As someone who professionally deals with contracts, my signature, including my e-signature, has remained consistent for over a decade. I would have undoubtedly noticed the incorrect address on the contract and signed with my standard signature used across all my official documents. I share this detailed account to seek your assistance in reversing or voiding the charges from Terraboost Media. Prior to these unauthorized charges, I had no knowledge of Terraboost Media. your company or its services. I possess correspondence between your company and my ex-wife, accessible through my email when she lived with me and had access to my information. *************** is in possession of my police report and divorce decree, which explicitly outlines the fraud and provides legal protection against any future attempts by my ex-wife. She has also engaged in similar activities with other service providers, such as ******* Wireless, charging expenses to my account using my Social Security Number.

    Terraboost Media takes customer complaints seriously, and we work hard to resolve any issues that arise. While we are sympathetic to ********************** situation, we dispute the facts included in his complaint as they relate to his business with Terraboost Media.

    As standard procedure, Terraboost Media maintains records on calls and emails to ensure we accurately capture our customers' advertising campaign needs and to support continual improvement and training of our customer service team. Following that process, our customer records included various verbal and written communications where the client fully understood and discussed the location of the kiosks and the stores he had selected. The client was very adamant about the venues they chose, demonstrating that he was fully aware of the campaign and the agreement he had signed (we have the clients digital signature on the contract in addition to all of the communication).  Our customer service team was working with the client directly over a long period of time to help ensure the campaign met his expectations, and the forgery claim about his former wife was never brought up until this complaint. Terraboost Media performed its obligations under the contract and is not responsible for financial disagreements between ******************** and his former wife.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    I have submitted both a police statement and a divorce decree, providing concrete evidence that ******************************* indeed committed this fraud. However, charges could not be pressed against her at the time because she was still legally my wife. The digital signature present does not match any of my digital signatures, the address listed is incorrect, and the emails for correspondence were not associated with me. Our divorce was extremely acrimonious, and she has committed fraud on other occasions as well, including stealing one of my credit cards and attempting to use it for a hotel, as confirmed by surveillance footage. I am unaware of who she got to impersonate me, but I have been attempting to contact this company for over a year now. This fraudulent activity has been an ongoing issue with my financial institution since I first discovered it. I will not be held liable for services your company never made any attempt to confirm if in fact you were speaking to me the actual owner. There was no Driver license verified or ID match made let alone a signature verification all of which immediately would have proven you in fact were not speaking to me.

    Signed up 12/2023 with company for marketing support. Part of their service is design support and eventual marketing in your chosen store. Reached out to the company countless times for assistance I was given the run around or no help at all, just received auto generated emails for reminders to create design which is what I desired help with. To sign up for the service the cost was $449 and once the designs were done and displayed $199/mo. This company just takes your money and does not provide their advertised service. It is an absolute SCAM and should be shut down.

    Over the summer of 2023 we were in talks with Terraboost to get their display advertisement at 2 supermarket locations here in **. We agreed in June to move forward and on August 1st ***** got confirmation that our launch date was August 24th.. all moving along fine even though they charged me since June when nothing had been approved or on site they agreed to give us a credit for those months.Fast forward it comes to our attention that our ad is not running in the ********** location which was part of our strategic marketing area. This was after ***** did some investigating stopping at the location. While there the store manager ****** also confirmed she saw the ad run in the beginning but never again.After numerous calls and attempts from ***** and myself to reach someone they finally reached back out stating that we never approved the art work thats why the ad wasnt running. That was completely false as they advised it was approved when they both launched, the store manager confirmed the ad was there briefly, but more concerning is no one reached out all the meanwhile charging us for a service clearly not provided. *********************** returned the call finally after multiple requests and excuses that he didnt reach out timely or at all to ***** for over a month. The matter of the fact is that they did not provide the service that we timed to start at a crucial time in our industry with brand awareness. *** requested a refund and for them to stop withdrawing funds monthly since the service is not complete yet no refund and continuous charges.Ive attached the email from the store manager as well to confirm, I am more than wiling to speak with whomever whenever, but this needs to come to a resolution. This is the poorest communication Ive ever dealt with on any level with a marketing firm. At a glance this very much seems like a scam company. The fact that there were issues from the beginning, the resolution was to credit a few months, then unfortunately we take a company for its word that our ad is going to be displayed and find out that isnt the case yet the monthly withdrawals continue. I will make myself readily available for any calls, video calls, conference calls etc to come to resolution. *** requested several times for a refund yet I have yet to receive.Thank you

    At Terraboost Media we take our customer's satisfaction very seriously and work hard to resolve any complaints.

    After looking into Mr. ******* concerns, we found that there was a delay in the installation of his kiosk, which was installed on January 2, ****. The length of his campaign starts when the ad is installed, so even with the delay, **************** will receive the entire term of the advertising he contracted for. We attached here an image of his installed ad.

    To address the delay and as a gesture of goodwill, our dedicated support team reached out to **************** via phone to discuss compensation options. In consideration of the inconvenience caused, we offered a partial refund. Unfortunately, **************** expressed dissatisfaction with the partial refund and, regrettably, threatened legal action before ending the conversation abruptly. We would like to resolve this matter with ****************, and our offer for a partial refund still stands.

    Last year this company cold called me and convinced me unethically that their service was going boost my business by getting me leads. After I was convinced the lady on the phone had me sign paperwork online without going into the full extent of where a lack of commitment to the service can get me. After signing up and waiting months they sent me a photo of this ad they posted for me and nothing else happened. Closing out my credit card and seeing all of my recurring payments was eye opening for me. They called trying to get my new credit card number then the next day I tired to cancel. I was told I could not and would be subject to paying everything. then they kept sending me missing payment emails. Saying they will discontinue my ad, it was a struggle to reach them. I am now writing this complaint because they took my amount due plus other fees into collections. I was lied to and manipulated. Now I am out of business partly because of companies like them promising with no results. I would like all my money refunded to me and the collection dealt with.

    In October 2022, ****************** signed an advertising agreement with Terraboost Media for a wellness billboard ad in a *** store. During October 2022, our production team worked with ******************, designing an ad for him associated with a ***************************** real estate brokerage. ****************** approved the ad, but on October 30, he asked that we pause the production of his ad because he was moving his business to a different real estate broker. Terraboost Media agreed to create a new ad proof for ****************** at no charge, which he approved on November 21, 2022.  The ad was produced and installed on the *** wellness billboard on December 28, 2022 and ran continuously from that date. 

    Terraboost Media delivered the services ****************** engaged us to provide, even creating additional artwork at no charge when he changed real estate brokerages.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    TerraBoost is speaking about them transferring the business name over for no cost which is great but is not addressing the actual concern. I did not get the results promised and on top of that I was not made aware of what I was signing and how binding it is. They have sent the alleged debt to collections and are actively trying to harm my credit. I am not the only one complaining about these things. I have been deceived into this agreement, and my request to settle this issue would be cancellation of the contract and a refund of the paid amount.

    They are stating that I changed my mind. The fact of the matter is I was deceived by their sales team to sign this agreement. I was not made aware of how binding the agreement is, nor was I given time to review. I felt under duress. They are saying that I am one of thousands but a quick ****** search will show there are many more like me, including the people looking to file a class action suit against them. They say they work with clients but they do not want to release me from the agreement. If they did, it would show that they are not out there to harm people, that theyre not money hungry and scammers. I am not even asking for my money back which I should be, I just want to be left alone by them.

    Paid Terraboost for Advertising in Grocery Store for a 12 month period. The advertising is media at grocery store entrance whereby customers see the ad and can also grab sanitizer wipes. The agreement began in June of 2022. Artwork took almost 4 months meanwhile Terraboost was charging me a monthly amount. The artwork finally was finalized and ad placed into production. Things went wrong about 2 months later when I checked on the ad and found it was removed from the location agreed upon in the contract. After reaching out to rep(s) (reps changed like 3 times) they indicated that it was a mistake and would get it resolved......and extend my 12 month agreement to an additional 3 months. Well my ad never was reinstated and has never been put back into place even though multiple attempts to resolve. They scammed me! There is a different ad where mine was. So I disputed the charges on my Credit card.....and now Terraboost is fighting it saying the contract is non cancellable and non refundable. Here is the problem Terraboost your in breach of your 12 month agreement to deliver what I have paid for. This company is bad news and I think just scam people that dont want the hassle. They write this ironclad contract and then breach their own contract. Product and services no received!

    I put a down payment down for advertising at *********** here in ********** in July and the company has withdrew monthly payments since then and there is no advertising board there. I contacted the manager of the store here today and he said he has not even heard of it coming. I have sent 2 emails and gotten no response. I contacted ****** the sales representative and he said he had no idea He was just a salesman. Feeling scammed and frustrated from **************************.

    I pay for an ad with Terraboost to have my name and business "**************************** with ************************** in *******, **" on a kiosk in the entrance of the **** ********************************** *******, ** *****. The situation is I have been paying for this ad, however the ad has not been ** in the store since at least November 2022, if not longer. I brought this to ************************* (our sales rep with Terraboost) attention, and he immediately started working on it, explained it would take some time, and offered us "free months" because of the issue. He then told me in June that the ad is up and running, however it has not been up this whole time. I asked *** for our invoice for the past 6 months, he stated that we have paid April, May, June, and July, and still have 8 payments left. Not only has our ad not been **, he did not factor in the "free months" that he promised for a compromise for the lack of services. I then asked for reimbursement and ****** said absolutely not, so I asked for a written document stating our compensation with the "free months" that has been promised but never given to me and he refused to do that and said he can no longer help me.In April I paid $466.67, May, June and July I paid $216.66 each month, a total of $1,116.65 and my ad is not up. It was a priority that my ad was ** in the grocery store in the summer and Terraboost has dropped the ball for my small business. I finally received a response from someone saying my ad was displayed in the meat section of the **** rather than in the entrance, which was not part of my contract nor brought to my attention. Similar situations have happened with Terraboost over the past few years, however it has never been this bad. Very disappointing. When
