    I hired Terraboost media to market my business by placing a kiosk in a local grocery store. The kiosk had my ad image and sani wipes on it, and was to be placed by the front door for a period of 12 months. However, after 3 months the kiosk was removed without notification. I reached out to the company and they were unable to explain what happened, and was told they would look into it and get back to me. No one ever did. After 3 more months (of wich I was still being billed on my credit card) I again reached out to find where the kiosk was. This time I did not get a response and let them know I would consider this a breach of contract and stop further payments.Now a few years later, they have sent me to collections for the remaining balance plus added charges. They still have no answer on the kiosk being removed or where is went. They hired a company called VossKlein that is threatening legal action. They have included doctored photos to help their cause, but are easy to see they just reused the original placed photo and added a fake date stamp. They are asking for additional money to what has already been paid for yet not received. **** ***** stats the kiosk being removed is no reason to stop payment of marketing services..... They also have circled back and denied it was removed (even though evidence exists contrary to this) and provided 4 images to prove the kiosk was not removed (1 taken on 3/15, 2 taken on 3/16, and the 3/15 image reused with a Septmeber date). They have resorted to doctoring photos to try to extort money from **** have included all emails and correspondence with Terraboost and **** *****. I am seeking a refund in full for all payments I have made.

    I am rejecting this response because: The company had agreed to a refund but has not refused to send the money nor communicate. I would like this complaint to be re-opened. I have attached the email chain to show I had full intent of working this out with the company. On the phone call Bill different a refund and to send a check, which is confirmed in this conversation. I have not heard from him in almost 2 weeks, so I must assume none is coming

    Hello, I signed a contract with Terraboost on Februray 9th, ********************************************************* *******, ********. I did 95% of all my artwork that is on the kiosk and emailed it to **************** who is their art designer that completed the work. The kiosk was installed in *** store on May 16th with a box of wipes in it. I called ************************* on May 17 and informed them that they had moved the kiosk and there were no wipes in it. **** informed me that he had contacted the *** store and informed them of their contract and that *** would make sure the kiosk had wipes in it and the move of the kiosk or Terraboost would send someone out there to move it. If this all failed, then they would send one of their field agents to move the kiosk. I have emailed **** and called him and left messages and he or no one has called me back. I have emailed him asking for a full refund and like clockwork, no one has responded. The last email I sent **** was on July 3rd. I have went to that *** stove every week since my cousin first visited on May 17, and there has been no wipes inside the kiosk. My cousin who lives over by the *** also has not seen any wipes in the kiosk in it. *************************** <********************>Attachments May 17, 2023, 10:40?PM to **** Hello ****, I wanted to touch base with you. I have family who live near the *** that my kiosk is at. My cousin went to the store at 1:48 PM Wednesday and there were no wipes in the kiosk. Also, the kiosk had been moved to the other side of the door which I thought was put on the right side so people would see it and hopefully see my kiosk while getting a wipe as they walked into the store. I went to the store after my meeting last night and there still was no wipes in the kiosk. I know Terraboost has a process in addressing these issues with ***. Hopefully, they would move the kiosk back to where **** installed it and keep wipes in it. Much thanks!***************************

    Beginning around March of 2023, I began receiving phone calls from the vendor pitching me on starting an advertising campaign at retail/grocery store kiosks, initially CVS and then ****** ******. At one point, I expressed interest and was told I needed to put down a credit card to hold the kiosk at ****** ******. I did so on 4/11/2023, at which time I informed the representative I would be going on vacation without an opportunity to provide materials or otherwise begin this campaign until May. There was never any mention that providing my credit card information would result in a non-refundable set-up charge for the campaign, nor was any attention brought to the fine print within the "agreement" I signed to hold the kiosk indicating this vendor could charge me for the full 12-month campaign regardless of whether they ever provided a single minute of work on my behalf. I was under the impression that I was signing to hold the kiosk without a commitment. This was less than a priority for me and on May 18th, I finally visited ****** ****** to see what the kiosk looked like and where it was positioned. Completely underwhelmed in both regards, I reached out to TerraBoost on May 19th stating my desire to cancel the campaign, the response to which was pointing to the never-discussed fine print. I had provided no art and no work had yet been performed on my behalf or that of my campaign. I was further told that the future monthly payments would still be assessed even without my providing the art/images to promote my business. This chain of events can be summarized as follows:1. Overpromising with regards to the prominence and professionalism of marketing on TerraBoost's end. 2. Misleading premise on which I signed this "agreement"; less of a "we'll hold the kiosk for you" and more of a "haha, you're locked in". 3. Zero work performed on my behalf before I discovered the product and immediately indicated my desire to cancel. I refuse to work with such a company.

    I ordered a kiosk and have been paying on it. The transaction included artwork. I've been round and round with them and they cannot get the artwork right. For example I sent photos which they wont use and instead insist that I use Adobe stock photos. They never told me that when I purchased the kiosk. Also the fonts they are using are illegal in ************ on real estate ads and as many times as I've told them they cannot get it right. I've been paying on this for several months - it is expensive. I've asked for a full refund and they keep telling me that I'm not communicating and that I must choose stock photos. I have not received the kiosk because the artwork is wrong. They know I want a refund and wont send it - instead they continue to bill me. I'm hoping BBB can straighten this out and otherwise I guess I need to file a claim with the credit card company. Can you help me?

    Contracted with TBM in Feb of 2022. The contracted service was to provide 2 kiosks and Digital advertising. The Kiosks looked great. The digital ad was never completed. I received one ad proof. I requested 1 revision. This revision never occurred. Another employee or agent reached out. We set up a phone call meeting. I called at our time but no answer. I did receive an email and requested a follow up meeting with the agent. That was ignored. Further follow *** about the ad were ignored. I stopped paying since I could get no response from them any other way. That worked. Upon informing them that I was not paying for the service because it was not complete, I got the run around. Ended up receiving an email from the same agent that blew off the phone meeting. The agent asked me to fill out the creation form. This is now the 3rd time I had done this. After that, I was given the runaround and blown off by several agents again. In Nov of 2022, I received an email from their collection department asking, again, why I wasnt paying. I informed the individual that I was not paying because my ad was not complete. The agent responded with some short response that she had corrected the issue. I asked for the ad proof. No responses. Received a collection notice from them around Thanksgiving. So, to summarize: They complete 60% of their job, ignored me several times over several month, only responded when I stopped paying, gave me the runaround, never fixed the simple problem of sending me the ad proof (per their contract) and then sent me to collections. All they had to do was send the ad proof and everything would've been fine.

    *************** to an email I received on 3/20/23. My case with the business is partially resolved. I am still waiting for the business to reverse the delinquency to my personal credit. The business reached out directly and we worked out the issue and I am satisfied with the outcome. They agreed to reverse the credit damage and that is the only thing I am waiting on.
