BEWARE: ************ set up a kiosk for me and then it disappeared two months later and in the location where my advertisement should be was another businesses kiosk. It was a client of mine who alerted me and then I did a walk through took photos and video and requested they refund me. They ignored my request and continued to bill me. It's now in the hands of my CC company and my attorneys. Beware!Terraboost Media, LLC

At Terraboost Media, we take customer issues seriously and work to resolve them as quickly as possible. When **************** notified us on Friday, May 18, 2024 that her wellness billboard was missing, we responded to her the next business day (Monday, May 20th) to let her know we were working on a resolution and we would add time to make up for any gap in her campaign. We replaced her wellness billboard on June 8, 2024, a photo of which is attached here. We believe this has resolved the issue for ****************.Review fromShannon K
