1 starI would strongly suggest you stay away from advertising with this company. They were supposed to put our ad in a CVS store. The store closed just after placing our ad. It was finally moved to a different location. That location immediately used the ad (kiosk) as a sign for their own purposes and covered up our ad. I was constantly in contact with Terraboost. They did nothing about it and had the nerve to solicit me for another year's payment! I understand they can't control CVS so they should have found a way to place my ad somewhere else where it could actually be seen.Review fromSoriya C

1 starDo NOT use Terraboost. We contracted with them over 2 years ago. We had our displays delivered and they were not maintained, they were always dirty and never filled with wipes. They said that the stores we were in were 'known problems' so they said they would switch our stores. This was 8 months ago. The displays were up for a few weeks in the original stores and never made it to the new stores. You will NOT see a return on investment. People keep quitting so you never get the same person twice. A regional rep told us 'this happens alot'. Spend your money elsewhere.Review fromJacqueline M

1 starI am very sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with Terraboost. The location of the unit is dark and not visible to store visitors as they enter the store. It is placed behind a pillar facing away from the street and towards the wall. After several months of going back and forth with Terraboost, they suggested I speak with the store manager personally to resolve the issue, something I believe is their responsibility. They said they have done everything they can do to correct this issue and offered a credit back for my frustration, which I still have not received, nor has the location of the unit changed. Since it would seem reasonable not to pay for advertising that was not properly visible, I insisted the agreement be cancelled. They refused and I have been paying for this unit ever since. Fortunately, there are only three more payments due until the agreement ends on February 16, ****. My recommendation is the know exactly where the unit will be and get it in writing. Make sure it is properly visible and has good lighting.Review fromMickey W

1 starYou have a 50/50 chance of your advertisement showing up if you work with Terraboost. I signed a contract in July 2023, approved the artwork in August 2023 and was charged each month. In October 2023 I realized my campaign was still pending location approval. I attempted to reach out to my contact & the next day his name was gone. Over the course of the next week, I called, texted and emailed every person on my campaign repeatedly & finally spoke with someone who apologized and put my payments on hold until the stand went up. A few days later I received the picture that it was posted along with the store address. I made plans with a friend to go & record however when I arrived it wasn't there, furthermore the manager stated he's never seen it before. I visited another ************* wasn't there. Every number you dial is a ****** voice number, the names from the emails they send don't match the voicemail name when you call. I have since emailed and called repeatedly over another week and finally a call was returned stating they would get to the bottom of it and get back to me. I informed her I'd reported them as fraud because no part of my contract had been honored. She stated she would still attempt to find a resolution and get back to me the next day. It's been another 3 days and I haven't heard anything. I have zero confidence I'll ever know where it is. My campaign still says pending location approval. Steer clear and find a more reliable way to advertise your business.
