  I've never encountered such a disappointing customer service experience. Our request to change our artwork has been pending for eight months now, with no resolution in sight. Each time I attempt to contact them, I'm met with silence; phone calls go unanswered, and emails receive no response. The high turnover rate among their staff compounds the problem, as each contact I initially had is no longer available to assist or communicate.Given the protracted delay in fulfilling our request for new artwork, I've been attempting to cancel our service and secure a refund for the period during which our stand has remained empty, devoid of our advertisements. Unfortunately, it appears that no one within Terraboost is equipped to provide assistance in this matter.My frustration with Terraboost has reached an all-time high. I simply want our issues to be acknowledged and resolved, so that I can sever ties with this company once and for all.

  Extremely rude customer service. Sounds like they are running a scam from the other reviews on here. They tried to get us to sign up but wouldn't tell us the city and when they were pressed on where the advertisement would be, we received the following emails back from *******************:"You know what your the type of sponsor I just dont care to have, always thinking of the smaller picture. Youll be more hassle then anything and we dont need every sponsor. Plenty of others who will see the value. Enjoy your week!""Buddy dont you have 9 locations go actually try to make some money. You need some if this program was extremely expensive. I see why you dont have the money now because your to worried about pointless things in your day to day. Again have a good week!"

  Terrible experience, took way longer to get the campaign going and then the quality of the kiosk was so poor, I asked for a second kiosk and they still couldn't get it right: first one had old sticky gross glue on the clear acrylic on top and wrinkles on bottom, second one has even worse wrinkles on bottom. Looks totally unprofessional and gives my business a bad image. Still fighting with them to get my money back.

  I originally had two campaigns with this company. They canceled one and never canceled the other. They are still billing me. I've called many times and received their ****** voicemails and sent numerous emails, no response. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. This has been such a stressful experience for me. Please be careful dealing with this company. All I want is for all campaigns to be canceled and from them to credit me since they never canceled one campaign.

  My company purchased a kiosk and paid the annual fee. I was told they were offering the display to only one real estate agent and it would be located at the front store entrance. I confirmed both of these items before signing the contract. When I went to check on the display another real estate company was placed at the front entrance and we were in the back at one of the exits. Keep in mind these are hand sanitizing stations so you need to be at the front near the carts to capture views. Kiosk was never placed in the correct outlet. Multiple calls and emails were not returned. Had to resort to contacting my bank to dispute the charge due to non performance. Stay far away from Terraboost

  Allowed me to get acquired as the P/E firm acquiring me saw a higher valuation from TB being my provider. They saw them as safe and effective. I showed them my financials and from the moment i began with TB, my profit and overall revenue increased substantially. Obviously they aren't the only reason we were profitable, but they certainly helped our valuation. A big thank you to TB and cheers.

  Horrific experience. Started with the 2 payments that should have been spread over a 6 month period (for a total year term) were charged within weeks of each other. Had I not been babysitting my two store locations, I wouldn't have found out that 2 months in, my kiosk was gone and another competitor was where I should have been. Was told by my **** ****************************** that the store (Vons) was responsible for the change (???), which of course made no sense to me. He assured me it would be remedied. Received a pic of the kiosk back and then went to the Vons again 2 months later and my kiosk was nowhere to be found. Now, *******, *******, is ignoring my phone calls. This is fraud as many others have experienced. I will be escalation for a refund of the time that my advertising should have been up and wasn't (nearly the entire contract period). DO NOT TRUST anything they tell you. I've been lied to and given lip service since the beginning.

  As the meme goes "no ragrats", but truly ive been enriched by their marketing ... i took a shot on them in the beginning for my flower shops. They have a lot of tenacity and free thinkers which allowed me to get targeted ads in targeted places for only the flower buyers. My previous company just didn't care about how to target... and my CPA was through the roof, i found that terra made me nearly 90% more efficient from an ad budget standpoint. Can't say enough good things.

  I regret signing contract with them - they fail to deliver results even though promised by deadlines.Communication from team has been really awful- they only are there for you until you sign the agreement - but dont review it with you- they are trained to scam and run.as of today I am disputing charges because they failed to deliver results- telling me their team has been called out for a national project- even though I paid over 8 weeks ago and it shouldve been live Stay away youll be grateful
