  Ive been their client for 5 years. I don't think people realize how hard it is to deliver to the level they have so far for my businesses. Openly speaking, they are like surgeons with the way they bring results. Very precise, on time. I'll continue to work with them.

  Similar experience with Dani M. Very deceiving sales tactic. Misinformed contract. Very poor support. Very poor service. Don't waste your money on this company. I consider it a fraud. It was my worst experience with any company.

  I recently had the misfortune of signing a contract with Terraboost on 3/8/2023, and my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. It has now been over 60 days, and I have yet to receive any information or assistance regarding the creation of a portal for my artwork campaign. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.To make matters worse, the only contact I received from the company was a single call on 4/14/2023. I promptly returned the call, expecting some resolution or clarification, but to my dismay, I never received a response. At this point, I am compelled to warn others against doing business with this company. The fact that they are refusing to process my cancellation and refund further highlights their complete lack of integrity. It is disgraceful that a company would treat its customers in such a manner.The individuals responsible for this abysmal experience are ***********************, who set me up to sign the agreement, who I have contacted several times to get the process started, and *************************, who has been utterly incompetent in providing any assistance whatsoever besides calling me 1 single time on 4/14/2023. It is clear that their team lacks the necessary skills and commitment to fulfill their promises. What truly shocks me is the revelation that their upper-level manager "does not take calls" and apparently has no intention of reaching out to address my concerns. This level of disregard for customer feedback and satisfaction is deeply disappointing. To add insult to injury, I have already spent over $1,100 with this company, only to receive a complete lack of respect and absolutely zero services rendered. This is a waste of my hard-earned money and a huge disappointment. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss by seeking out a company that values its customers and delivers on its commitments.

  I have really liked working with this company to create some ************** for my business. I am using kiosk and Face Book ads. My rep is very knowledgeable and has been great at helping to identify the best places to get to my target audience. Have recommended them to a couple businesses in my networking group.

  I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH TERRABOOST MEDIA. They just claim their money before the dates that were set. Advertisement is false. They only put up my ad for a week and then it was gone. Even tho my contract was for 6 months straight. When trying to contact customer service all you get is "leave a voicemail" and after constant calls NEVER got anything back. But as soon as my bank opened a claim they were quick to send a picture of the first week only and get away with all the withdraws. *************************** DDS

  1 Star is too many. Fraud!!! Don't use them. Our ad was not on display at the *** location that we paid for the term that we paid for. They claimed to have placed the ad but I live very close and checked the location often. I even sent pictures with proof that the ad was not there and they did nothing to fix it.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!Our company was approached for an advisertisement opportunity with our local HEBs. This opportunity would advertise our company at the store front, where the carts are located the most visible area. It was mentioned to be an exclusive offer for a **************************************************** stores.We were charged four times for $1200 and our ads were not placed in the store fronts as our contracts stated.On multiple occasions from June 28th December 27th we had to visit the stores ourselves to check on our kiosk. The kiosks were never in their agreed upon location and were often other companies not related to our business!!We would reach out to Terraboost in regards to our breached contracts, with very slow response time and often this will be fixed. It would be changed and then upon our next visit, the repeat action of a breached contract - different company and not placed outside the store front.We have requested full compliance based on our agreements with Terraboost and at this time, communication has ceased from Terraboost with no response to our concerns. Do not sign a contract with this company if you want to avoid a huge headache and loss of funds.

  Extreme lack of communication. Portal is a mess. We found it was installed and portal said it wasn't. Will not be renewing. Will be keeping tabs to ensure we at least get our 12 months from when it was installed per CVS. Horrible customer support/service.

  *BUYER BEWARE* If I could Give ZERO STARS I would. As a real estate agent working through the Covid-19 pandemic I was sold on the marketing services of Terraboost and have regretted it ever since. Not only are they negligent in maintaining the kiosks, the kiosks are never placed where they are contracted to be if they are placed at all. You are unable to cancel the contract once signed which should speak volumes in and of it's self. The initial persons of contact that were given have all but "disappeared" and getting any kind of follow up on issues is only met with a false promise of "escalation"-whatever this even means. Terrible product, terrible service and an all around SCAM!
