I answered an ad on ******** come and have treatments with red ************* on my skin. The ******** ad stated 34 treatments for $35. Did that mean $35 each treatment or $35 total I never got that information. I went in and went through an interview where my information was taken and I agreed to do the treatments even though I did not have a set dollar amount of those treatments. I gave them my information for Care Credit. And still no set dollar amount for treatments and they pulled every dollar over to their company from my Care Credit account which was approximately $1,800. I continue to get red ************* and a facial which they charged me extra for the facial. They said that my money was only for the red ************* and could be used for anything else. I asked for an account of how much was still in my account and how much I had paid and they could not or would not come up with that. So I canceled my sessions and ask for a refund of unspent moneys. It has been since May 2024, to now October ********************************************************************** my account how much I have spent how much they want me to still pay them and said they do not offer refunds. I'm paying payments on that to my Care Credit account with interest and I am not going back to them and I have demanded a refund of remaining moneys. The management will not return my calls and my only communication with them is through text messages. I requested the manager to call me as soon as possible. I even stated call me today! Today no one has called me no one has explained to me what is on my account how much I have on my account how much I have spent so far. And I see them advertising daily to get other people in to do this too. I want to file a report against them and I want my $1,800 back! I believe that's illegal and that they should have a report on the record with Better Business Bureau for this reason so other people will not have to go through this.
