This is the third time they have contacted me in the last two years for supposedly holding on to a sperm sample from ****. We dont recall ever signing documents originally to preserve the sample. I completed the DocuSign a couple of years ago to discard the sample. About six months or so later, I received the same requests for money or discard. I called and actually spoke to someone who said there was a mixup and the sample was discarded. This week, two years later, same thing. I left a messageno response. I filled out the DocuSign again, this time needing to scan my photo ID (not comfortable). I also wrote them about this being a scam or just really incompetent employees. Im leaning towards the former.

If I could give this company a less than 0, I would. They charge an exorbitant amount for storage ($100 a month), make it impossible to move a sperm specimen, and aren't responsive. I am trying to move a specimen 15 minutes down the road and they want to charge $400. The coordinator on the phone admitted that the fee was so high to discourage, prevent, and obstruct people from accessing or moving vials. Folks that are in need of these services are already struggling with fertility and for this company to this way is ********. Shame on them.

This is a horrible company. I asked to discard my abnormal embryos and was told I couldn't do a 'partial discard'. But it turns out you can discard by date. Which means you can discard some of the embryos and keep others So instead of telling me that they lied to me. They don't respond to emails. They tell you to contact your fertility clinic even though the clinic has nothing to do with storage. They want you to pay $15.00 to use DocuSign when it is a difficult program and when you ask for a form in the mail/email/fax they ignore you. They repeatedly bill you even when you have repeatedly told them you will not be paying for storage. They are only open during normal business hours which means I'm going to have to call and get somewhere with this while I'm at work. This is the most insensitive stressful company ever. And if my babies are stillborn I will blame them.
