Services include scheduled inspections of EIFS, repairs to EIFS, sub-sheathing, and framing systems, repairs to any physical damage, power washing, cleaning, and re-sealing of the EIFS, complete removal and replacement of any caulking and sealant, repairs related to any roof leaks, flashing upgrades to current industry standards, window and door replacements and repairs, replacements of gutters and downspouts, repairs or replacements of soffit and fascia, and tuckpointing. The company can also remove the current EIFS and replace it with brick, stone, traditional stucco, cedar, fiber cement board, or other cladding. The company also builds custom mailboxes.
