    I took an ** to Xtreme Detail for a inside/outside detail job. Prior to that, I sent ****** pictures and he quoted me a price ranging from $550-$700. I dropped it off on 7/13/23 and told him I wanted to pick it up on 7/31/23. The ** was not ready for pickup until 8/4/23. At that time, an employee gave me a bill for $1200, as ****** was making a delivery. When I got in the **, there was electrical issues. I asked the employee about it and he said they had issues trying to get the slide-outs extended to clean. I then asked why I wasn't informed of that and why I was charged more if they were unable to clean under the slide-outs. ****** returned to the shop around this time. He assured me they had got the slide-outs to work and they had cleaned under them. We settled on $1100 for the job and I wrote him a check. When I got it home, the next day I discovered a blown fuse. Prior to that I also could not get the driver side slide to come out, only the passenger side. After replacing the fuse all the electrical problems disappeared, including the driver side slide. I then realized they had not cleaned that area under those slides. I also realized the carpets had not been cleaned. I called ****** and he said he would come on August 8 or 9 to finish cleaning. He did not show. I called him again and he said he would come on Sunday the 13th. He did not show and he won't answer my texts. I feel I am owed a $400 refund.
