    The Founder and Owner Contacted me told me to buy a certain book which I did! I asked him Question and he ignored giving me answer to my question, told me he was blocking me and hung up! ATTENTION: BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAM VITALIFE AND ANY OTHERS DO DEEP RESEARCH 1ST!

    Buyer beware! Salesman/consultant ****** was very convincing. I signed up that day and paid $1199 up front. I got a tote bag, salt, some supplements to last 30 of the first 40 days, nice reuseable book and pen, and a water bottle. I knew after a week on the program, this program was not for me. I tried to quit. They talked me into trying a little less extreme version. Tried to quit again. Once again ****** talked me into another version. Decided to call instead of going in so I wouldnt get bullied again. Then the truth came out. I signed a contract and would be obligated to pay $99 per month for 12 months (in addition to original $1199 + for additional supplies) and if I refused to pay they would turn it over to a collection agency. I understood when I signed, that it would be $99 a month for as long as I was in the program. In no way was she clear that you could not leave the program. As far as Im concerned, this is theft.

    My best advice is if you are not looking to lose over 100lbs. Please walk away. I went into the facility and my goal was only to lose 20lbs. I was skeptical about signing ** in the first place so the owner (********) allowed me to do a 6 month period. I was told about the cancellation process, but was informed I would only be charged for the scan. I was okay with that. When I tried to cancel, I had to call a numerous amount of times and was given the runarounds. I signed up on a Saturday, and was communicating concerning cancelling my contract on Sunday and Monday, I came into the office to cancel my contract. I was set to begin the program on Monday. I was given about 4 pill bottle and I had used 2 out of 1 bottle and maybe one out of 2 of the bottles. I was told to bring in the merchandise and I would be refunded the remainder. However, this did not happen, when I brought in the products (******) informed me that I would receive an invoice with me getting back the leftover money. I called for 2 days and to no avail was ignored. Finally someone reached back out to me and said I would not get a refund. I returned the products that I PAID FOR!!!!!!! I feel this is unfair to consumers, to lie to people and get them out of their money. I paid for products that they took back. So if you are not looking to lose a significant amount of weight. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I have put in a dispute with my bank and they wrote back my bank LYINGabout my experience and how I was excited. I will continue to dispute this transaction as long as I can; due to me being lied to in the first place!!!!

    Very misleading company and program. They have you go through all sorts of tests under the guise of setting up a program designed specifically for you. Turns out that everyone is given the same list of "approved" foods, nothing personalized about it. Once I realized what was going on, I stopped participating in the weekly sessions and asked that they cancel my membership. They continued to charge me for several months. I never heard from them until I stopped the charges to my credit card. Now they are suddenly concerned about me. Such a big scam, I can't believe I fell for it!
