      Horrible. Keep getting billed for something I was told is paid off. Nobody ever answers the phone and callback options is ********. I wish I never bought this c*** So far 45 minutes waiting for them to answer most recent call but "all representative helping other customers. "I wonder how much money they are making by sending bogus bills and never answering the phone making people think they might be defaulting when they aren't. Avoid these ****birds like the plague.

      I ordered a Christmas display for my mom who lives in another state. She thanked me for the gift but, notified me that she kept receiving more orders. I told her that I only purchased one item. She said the Bradford Exchange attempted billing her for the items which she refused to pay. Now, I've been served by a collection agency for 2 $96 orders that I did not authorize. This business needs to have legal actions taken against it and shut down.

      They do not even deserve one star. I would never have ordered from them if I had known how poor their customer service is. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I have gotten charged $16.95 for the last two months. I did not sign up for a subscription of any kind. I see there was A LAWSUIT due to unwanted subscription costs. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER, NEVER order from them.

      Terrible services. The order was placed back in March, since that time every time I called, I was told that the new delivery date will not change...few days later there is a new delivery day ***** days ahead. Totally not reliable company and worst "customer service ". Stay away...

      I ordered the Peanuts Christmas Village. I had it put on the installment plan and later merely wanted to change it to pay each edition in full. After half an hour on the phone, the representative tells me that she cant do that, so I requested to cancel the order! I had tried to process online but no option was provided. Long story short, the representative tried to talk me out of canceling. Not only that, she proceeded to authorize sending the next edition. Please DO NOT ORDER from this company, their customer service is absolutely terrible!

      This Company should be shut down. There service is terrible. I ordered and paid for a merchandise in March of 2025 and cheque cleared my bank March 22, 2025. They sent me 3 notices after that, saying I needed to pay before merchandise will he sent. When I called to see what the problem was they said they couldn't find my order. Then after some time of them searching and having given them the numbers the bills they sent the gentleman said he found it. I had to call again to see when this order would be received and a different person answered and said the same thing that they could not find the order. Finally Said order would be delivered Jun 26. When that date came I wrote email asking where product was. They said they cancelled the order and if this was a mistake to call them. Clearly they should have contacted me if they were cancelling my order and when I called they could have at least informed me that they have sent a refund check to me. With all the incompetence of this company I was actually shocked that I finally received a cheque from them reimbursing me full amount less one cent of what I paid. They clearly need a better system then what they are using to conduct their business. Cause their current system is clearly not working for them. Bradford please do not respond with your standard message to contact you as I will never order anything from your company again just too disappointing and frustrating to deal with you and a colossal waste of time. You have had lots of complaints on here and clearly you have not taken any steps to improve your business practices. Your rating here should be a wakeup call to you before you go into receivership/bankruptcy.

      I decided to purchase the 250th **** challenge coin and proof coin collection set for my husband as a gift. So far I have been happy with the plans. However, I noticed that on the written description for the challenge coin collection set it says quote: The FREE deluxe display box, a value of $100, yours for the same low price as a single issue, arrives as Issue Four, and is perfect for storing and showing off your collectible coins.I emailed them about this and their response was quote: Thank you for contacting us.I am sorry for the confusion. The display box is not for free; it is the same amount for coins, which is $49.99 before taxes and fees.I responded back that in my opinion this was false advertising. I am paying a lot of money for these collections and the other display box actually was free. I received a proof coin and the box at the same time for just the cost of the coin. They should not be charging for the box. This is making me consider sending back both sets and looking elsewhere for an anniversary gift set for my husband.

      The Bradford Exchange is the WORST online shopping experience I have ever encountered. I am a Marine veteran and I got enticed by their 250 anniversary coin so I ordered two-one for me and one for my friend. I paid for them with a credit card and the merchandise was delivered. Then a few weeks later, two more coins showed up and my credit card was charged for two more coins. I cancelled my credit card because I didn't authorize the charge. I emailed their customer service and they did send me return instructions for the merchandise which required me to spend time at the post office. Then they CONTINUED TO BILL ME AFTER I RETURNED THE UNWANTED MERCHANDISE. This required MORE TIME spent online "chatting" with someone named Paul in customer service. I tried calling but THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE DURING THIER PUBLISHED CALLING HOURS.
      Please, for the love of everything, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR WHATEVER IT IS. I am telling every veteran I know DON'T ORDER MILITARY MERCHANDISE FROM THIS PLACE. It is a waste of your time and money.
      I have been assured that I will no longer be billed. We shall see.

      Too many red flags. Long wait time to complete the order, website indicates that it's "offline", no matter what time I visit, it was not clear that I was ordering into a "subscription", and, the biggest red flag, there is nowhere to cancel the order.
