    I went through the Oberweiss Dairy drive-through and purchased a quart of Ice Cream and half a gallon of. lemonade. It was a downpouring rain and there was water pouring down from their overhang, providing the clerk no protection. As the clerk handed me my items, she let the bag slip and the bottle container hit the rail along the window line. It put a small dent in the metal rail. I filed an incident report the next day when I saw the dent on the rail. Oberweiss insurance company ********************** did not speak to the clerk; they only looked at one-sided footage from the back of the clerk and determined the incident did not occur. They did little to properly investigate, including speaking to the clerk. I asked if they had audio of the incident and they said they did not. If they did, they would hear the clerk apologize. The insurance company did not fully investigate but, rather, dismissed the incident and my claim. I am left with a dent in car that happened because the clerk dropped the juice bottle on the rail of my car. I would like Oberweiss to take responsibility for the actions of their staff.
