      I purchased a warranty from this company for a **** F150 truck. 60 days later and close to 5000 the truck cut off at a stop light and would not start. I had the truck towed to the **** Dealership and they stated the motor was out of time. They submitted my claim and Endurance sent out an inspector. The inspector denied the claim stating "pre-existing conditions". I am now going to pay the $4,700 repair bill because i need my truck and dont have time to wait to have it repaired. This is not what they sold me! I asked all the proper questions, and the lady on the phone told me everything i wanted to hear to get me to buy. This company is a scam, they chalk everything up to pre existing conditions, and will not pay when they need to! Buyer beware, stay away from this company!

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The consumer purchased the vehicle service contract on March 13, 2025, stating the exact miles were *******. The contract included a 30 day and ***** mile waiting period, both must be met before any claims are eligible for coverage. A claim was filed with a mileage on the vehicle reported as *******. The claim could not be covered since the vehicle was still in the waiting period. We appreciate the opportunity to address the consumer's concerns.

      I Purchased an Auto Service Warranty from Endurance on 04/04/2025 for a Total Cost of $3,624.34.After reviewing the Cost VS. Potential ***airs I decided that the cost of the Warranty Service was too Expensive. I contacted Endurance, via Cell Phone, and Requested to Cancel The Warranty Service and requested a Full Refund. At that time I was told that Endurance would HOLD My Refund for 30 Days. On Friday 05/02/2025 I contacted Endurance because I had not heard from them. At that time, The Customer ********************** *** told me that the "Check Was In The Mail" and said that if I had not received it by 05/09/2025 I should call Customer ********************** again. On Monday 05/12/2025 I called Customer ********************** again. The ***resentative checked on My Refund and told me it could be Another 30 Days before I Received My Check! I stated that this was UNACCEPTABLE ad she said that I should Just Wait for the **** to deliver it!In Todays World I would have thought that **************************************************************** Card used to make the purchase, NOT HELD for Endurance to Sit On My Money until THEY DETERMINED To Issue the Check!I am Requesting Your Assistance to help me get my Full Refund in a Timely Period

      I submitted claims to have my 2015 ****** prius repaired 3 months after purchase. 1- I was told that the brakes needed to be flushed at my expense $585, I was then told that the repair was not covered because, it was an ABS seal. Yet, I had already spent $585 for them to tell me know and which I was required to do so.2-I was told that the evaporator on prius needed to be replaced by the dealership, however endurance stated that I would be required to pay $2500 for the dealership to further investigate and that if the investigator approved the repair then I would not be responsible for the $2500. However, why would I trust endurance when the item identified in #1 did not result in a repair and resulted in me having to pay out of my pocket.

      The consumers repair facility filed a claim for repairs of the vehicles evaporator core and *** system. The *** repair was initially denied as a non-covered failure. At the time of the claim, a failure had been reported to the evaporator, but the specific cause had not been identified. To determine whether the failure was eligible for coverage, Endurance requested a teardown of the evaporator to determine the cause of failure and its eligibility under the contract.

      The contract holder has since authorized the requested teardown, and an inspection has been scheduled. During the upcoming inspection,the *** system will also be evaluated based on additional information provided by the repair facility.

      At this time, no authorization or denial has been issued.The claim remains open pending inspection results.

      We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the details of the consumers claim.

      I purchased an extended warranty on my Tesla through Endurance Dealer Services call "Xcare". I have recently needed repair to my car that clearly the extended warranty is suppose to cover under the legal contract that was signed. The company has refused to cover the cost of the repairs as required by the contract. I have written documentation in had from ***** that shows the repairs were needed due to "Wear and Tear" and this is clearly covered in the contract that I also have a copy of. The company is clearly operating in an unethical manner to not pay what is owed and honor the contract. All evidence of this is available upon request and I seek that the company cover the warranty costs and fulfill its contractual obligations with no further dishonesty and I seek an apology from this company based on its practices. Legal action may also be an option going forward if this is not resolved quickly.

      Ive been without my car for 2 weeks. The reverse gear is gone in my transmission . The car was still driving forward fine and getting 30mpg. All this company does is stall and come up with reasons they wont fix your car. They will communicate with the mechanic but they wont call me or email me. They dont want a paper trail of them rejecting your claim. That in itself should tell you everything you need to know. Calling them is miserable. Waiting on hold for 45 minutes every time. Its all part of their plan to wear you down and make you mad so you cancel. They keep your money for doing nothing. They want to reject my claim based on tire size. When there are 2 tire sizes listed in the owners manual. The 17 inch is taller and the 18 inch is shorter. This makes them about even. The 18 inch was part of an appearance package and thats it. Nothing to do with performance. There are no motor or gear differences in the 2 options. ******** only. Both listed in the owners manual. If Im in breach of contract and you dont want to fix my car then refund my money and cancel the contract. Im not playing games. Next step is a lawyer, attorney general and your insurance company.

      We were ripped off from the very beginning when we signed a contract with Endurance. Their was no transparency about the fact that Endurance has a very important limited liability clause that is not relayed to the detriment of the consumer stating that vehicles of a certain age, value, make, model, and particularly high mileage cars that are bound c to break down with a plethora of issues are not covered for repairs if the cost of said repairs are more than what the vehicle is worth especially if you exceed the price CAP of alloted repairs done to close together even if a repair was performed months before a new issue arises months after. Had we have known Endurance would essentially abandon us in our time of need and leave us hanging with a $14,000 repair bill because of a bs clause that gives them a free pass to be fraudulent ass%$#/, we never would have signed up for this. We obviously don't expect you to rebuild us a brand new car, but we stupidly expected Endurance would cover more than a measly $208. That amount doesn't even cover the diagnostic, because of Endursnce being so full of c*** and flat out lies we were told we can't afford to fix our car and unwillingly forced to get rid of secondary vehicle because of false claims and fraudulent business practices of companies like Endurance. We simply want our money back for a pointless, fruutless policy we didn't need truly did not benefit from and for the month's services were not rendered and the policy remained idle, plus the cost of the diagnostic we should've never had if we knew Endurance would do this to us essentially s******* us over big time.

      We was scam in to signing up for endurance from the agent we was not told of limit liability for the age of the vehicle it was in the limits of age and miles for the policy. The only resolute that will make us happy is for them to get the vehicle fix or refund us the money we paid for all these 12 months for this vehicles policy  and for the towing the vehicle back  and the diagnostic charge.

      I am rejecting this response because: 
      It states in our contract as quoted verbatim;
      Repairs shall not EXCEED the total dollar amount of no MORE or LESS than $10,000. There is only ONE F****** way to interpret that, BECAUSE WE HAVE NOT HAD $10,000 worth  of repairs paid for by Endurance on our ****** Pathfinder. It also states in our contract that we ARE suppossed  to be covered by Endurance for up to ******* miles or until June 2028. WE DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT PAST A F***** YEAR !!!! It does not state nor is it outlined or highlighted  SPECIFICALLY ANY WHERE IN OUR CONTRACT THAT WE ONLY GET $1500 WORTH OF COVERAGE BECAUSE OF THE *** VALUE OF OUR VEHICLE. You can't keep throwing limited liability clause ******** in my face when clearly only one of us knows how to read while the other party (ENDURANCE) just in case it wasn't clear, needs to hire somebody else to draft their contracts. I am done playing games with this back and forth nonsense, because ENDURANCE is clearly in breach of contract. That ******** limited liability clause does not protect ENDURANCE in court if they are not being COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT in the first place of exactly  how much they are willing to cover older model cars with high mileage based on how much the *** value of a vehicle is worth, that language is NOT dictated clearly nor indicates any actual intent that Endurance will not fullfill their contractual responsibility outlined even though Endurance actions are indeed contradictory based on what is in my contract versus what I was told over the phone by ********. That is why I am outraged, offended, and rightfully upset by Endurance LACK and unwillingness to take any kind of financial responsibility for their egregious actions in response to my claim. I am being written off by Endurance like an ignorant a****** as if they weren't the ones who made Fake promises to fulfill a financial obligation to provide coverage in our contract which in hindsight means absolutely nothing now because they knew when we signed up for up for a policy with them it was  pointless and a waste of our time and money that Endurance happily took but REFUSES to refund us back for the month's when the policy on the Pathfinder was not in use, plus the cost of the diagnostic from ****** dealership, and the towing fees incurred for this vehicle THAT SAT IN ****** REPAIR SHOP WAY LONGER THAN NECCESARY BECAUSE ENDURANCE DID NOT HELP FIX THE PARTS COVETED IN OUR CONTRACT. WE REFUSED THE STUPIDLY ASSININE OFFER OF $200, WHEN THE REPAIR BILL WAS $14,000. Endurance might not have been able to do everything, but for f*** sake they could have done more but instead they put us in the worst possible position financially to where we had to borrow money more uncomfortably than anyone could possibly ask for from my father- in- law and it still isn't enough. Endurance set this bull s*** in motion by taking our money for an entire year making FALSE PROMISES. THEY CLEARLY HAVE NO HONOR, INTEGRITY,  LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS (unless your car is brand new with low mileage that is), OR TRUE SENSE OF URGENCY WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING RESPONSILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. Real stellar job Endurance. If I could leave an audio clip of a slow sarcastic clap I would to show my lack of appre iation. I am not happy P.E.R.I.O.D. The ball is in your court ENDURANCE ? I see this for what this a harsh ****** learned because of shady business practices by Endurance. They know legally they cannot out right be completely transparent about their inadequate coverage if older model used cars with high mileage otherwise they wouldnt have enough customers so of course they won't turn you down if want coverage because they want your money, they just can't be completely honest, instead you only get half truths.

      My truck has been in the shop for 3 months, all problems im having with the truck are covered components under the warranty I purchased. I keep getting the runaround from Endurance so does the shop. The shop tries to get thru to the adjuster and gets placed on hold or gets told the adjuster isnt there. I call and Endurance tells me the shop hasn't called when I have witnessed the shop calling. Im getting tired of the run around I need my vehicle fixed especially when I am paying 160+ dollars a month for this warranty. They want to take thier time fixing my truck but dont have a problem taking my money every month! And things they say is not wrong with my truck I have checked myself and I am a certified mechanic!

      They said it was not covered by warranty and indeed it is so I paid for the repair and want to be reimbursed for the total amount on the invoice supplied

      ENDURANCE AUTO REPAIR CLIAM SENT OUT A INSPECTOR TO CHECK MY TRANSMISSIONS CLAIM WHICH WAS TOLD TO THEM BY MY AUTO REPAIR BUSINESS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN DRIVE IT OUT OF LOT AND TOLD US WE HAD TO HAVE THE TRANSMISSIONS TORE DOWN TO SEE THE EXACT PROBLEM! EVEN THEN IF THE CLAIM WAS DENIED I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $1700 Just for the tore down part NOT INCLUDING PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN. IM ON *** CANT AFFORD THAT.
