      Contract #EVPU6422192 LAST 4 VIN 9564 I myself and the mechanics shop i dropped my vehicle off at has been trying to reach someone from Endurance for 2 weeks straight now with no response back at all! I've tried calling and when I reach someone finally they don't help me and tell me the shop can only file a claim and they won't call the shop. When the ship calls they get no answer and get a message to leave a message for a call back. The issue is no on calls them back, ever! The mechanic is extremely frustrated and doesn't even want to work with Endurance at this point. Ive been without a vehicle for 2 weeks now and customer support is non existent. Ive emailed, ive called and Ive gotten absolutely nowhere. According to my contract the part that needs to be repaired is covered by my warranty too this makes it extremely frustrating to not get this resolved right away. Please help or refund me for the full policy amount as I'm not receiving any help at all and have never filed a claim before.

      Hello yes my name is ******* ******. Yes, an endurance warranty company has been getting money for me for every month for over 2 years now. Now when is time for me to submit a claim and my engine has been out of my vehicle, they do not want to pay for it. They only want to pay half, but it says I spoke. They supposed only cover certain parts of the engine. It is not right and I am highly upset. Thank you.

      I singed up for an extended auto warranty on Mar 18 2025. On May 7 I had my car engine light come on so I made an appointment with the dealership to get my vehicle diagnosed. Upon the dealership completing the diagnostic server other mechanical issues were found. The dealership submitted the warranty claim to my extended warranty and was denied. The extended warranty claim theses were pre existing mechanical problems prior to me signing my extended auto warranty contract. They are making this claim without any evidence just to not comply with their contract obligations. I am currently serving as an active duty soldier stationed in FT Bliss Tx preparing for a deployment to ****** in the next couple of months and do not deserve this additional stress added to my upcoming deployment overseas.

      **** ***** ******** submitted a claim on my behalf on April 25, 2025. The claim was denied, and I requested to speak with a supervisor. I did not receive a call within 24 hours, so I continued to call every day to again request to speak with a supervisor. I was finally called back on May 8, 2025 and did not receive resolution to my issue and was told I could not speak to anyone else. I find it very unacceptable that I was not called back in a reasonable amount of time. I also believe Endurance is performing a "bait and switch" to its customer as they only sell the policies and then the policies are serviced by a substandard company where the customer has no recourse for issues. Requesting refund of amount paid to company and reimbursement for rental due to non-responsiveness.

In the best interest of customer **********************, the consumer was offered a refund. The consumer opted to continue with the schedule coverage and was explained after 30 days the pro-rata refund is calculated based on time-in-force, mileage elapsed, and any previously paid claims, if applicable. The consumer was informed for any questions or concerns regarding the adjudication of the claim the administrator of the vehicle service contract would be able to further assist. If the consumer has any questions or requires further assistance, we encourage the consumer to contact specialist *****, at ************.

      On May 8th Endurance denied my claim to repair my vehicle. I took it to one of their partners shops when I noticed that my vehicle was dragging. I assumed that it has something to do with the transmission. I was told that my rear end was bad and I needed to have it replaced so they went and looked at the car and said because the tires are a little smaller that they were denying my claim. I purchased this car that way they insured me. They asked me did I do any modifications to the car at that time I told them no which I didn't. So now they tell me that they're denying my claim. Because of that I would like this resolved. I don't see why I've been paying for this coverage and now they can just deny it when it's nothing that I did. I would like you the help from the BBB in order to get this resolved. Now they want me to cancel my coverage with them. I paid them roughly $141/month. All I want is my car repaired!!!

      1/8/25-signed contract for services 3/17/25-submitted claim 3/18-prior 3 oil changes were requested and submitted 4/20-contacted Endurance to find out claim was denied due to incorrect tire size. Was informed that contract was breached and payments would be refunded.Made several calls for f/u and received contradicting information 4/23-contacted Endurance to request documentation of denial was told it cannot be provided 4/23-received document to cancel that needed to be notarized 5/6/25-submitted notarized document When signing up for the contract we were asked about if the car was used. Claim was denied due to tires being slightly smaller than recommended size I believe

      Upon receiving this complaint, the contract has been canceled at the consumer's request. Since the vehicle was equipped with undersized tires, it was rendered ineligible for coverage. A full refund is expected to be mailed to the address on file around May 20th.

      In March 2025 I called to cancel my accounts for my 2 vehicles. My first call the guy helping me only canceled one account. I find out approx a week later they took the payment for the second vehicle and it overdrew my checking account. I called back on 3-28-25 trying to find out what happened and to get my money back. I was told only one account was canceled. I was also told it would be canceled this time only to find out that he only stopped autopay. I emailed the second ****** that helped me about my refund, he said he would look into it and I have yet to hear back from him more than a month later. 5-7-25 i speak with a third ******. I find out I was supposed to get a form to print and fill out, NOTERIZED and send it back through the post office. Neither of the two men i spoke with previously told me this info. I didn't even get the form just a notice that I wanted to cancel. This is on top of the fact that the girl I spoke with while enrolling told me EVERYTHING was covered. That was not true. I tried to do a claim for some suspension work but was told it's not covered. I was NOT happy with my experience.

      I have a policy with endurance warranty service l. L. C. and my car has been at ****** ******* stonecrst for almost a month. Waiting or endurance to okay to repair my car.Engine. We gave them all the information they needed.However, every week, they come up with a new.request. All I want is my car to be repaired. I will appreciate it if you can assist me with this matter

      On April 14, the consumers repair facility contacted Endurance to file a claim under the vehicle service contract due to a knocking noise coming from the engine. As part of the review process, maintenance records were requested, and all required documents were not received until May 1. After reviewing the documentation, Endurance contacted the repair facility to advise that additional diagnostics were necessary to determine the cause of failure and the extent of the damage. To date, no further diagnostic information has been provided. We recommend the consumer have the repair facility contact us with updated findings in order to move forward with the claims process.

      Following receipt of this complaint, an Endurance Specialist contacted the consumer and reviewed the claims process as outlined in the vehicle service contract. If the consumer has any further questions or concerns, they are encouraged to contact Specialist ***** at ************.

      OurI spoke with a representative today, and she stated the same information that was written and they are response. Stop giving me reasons. You're not repairing my car, just fix my car.. Secondly, endurance is requesting a minor breakdown on my engine. However, if they

I pay them faithfully every month for this warranty and I expect them to honor, everything they promote on t v commercials. Do what you say you're going to do.       Took my truck for repair and endurance had me take my truck to the dealership, which I did. Then when it was told that the repair was lifters and cam, they refused to pay for repairs because they could not tell how many quarts of oil I bought for the recommended oil changes. They told me one story regarding the reason then changed it when I had them look closer. Now I am at risk of loosing my truck because they refuse to pay and The cost is too much for me.

      I tried canceling my coverage as I do not need it. I am retired. & use my car very little, maybe putting on 700-1,000 miles per year. On my 2017 ****** Rav 4 I have ****** miles. When I purchased it two years ago it had ****** miles. I spoke with **** ******* and he was extremely rude and kept arguing and dragging out the conversation. I finally hung up on him as he continued being very rude. I feel there is no need for me to continue with company. I want this CANCELLED.
