They will try and find any in every way to deny a claim. Their salesman will lie to you and tell you about how everything is covered and when it comes down to it, it really is not. I was denied a claim because they are saying, whoever owned the car before me did a repair wrong, Even though it was a faulty part and I am held liable because they dont want to accept responsibility. Do not use them for anything! I would use car shield before I even think about using them ever again. Also be aware if you need to get a hold of somebody youre gonna wait on hold for 45 minutes to an hour, and if they dont like that, you want to speak to a supervisor, they just may hang up on you.

5 starsI called to cancel the contract with Endurance, but I was connected with **** a service Mgr in ***** Fl. Office. Excellent interaction with him. He explained my options, somethings I can do after his reasoning for not canceling the policy, I didn't. This has to be the best customer ********************** person I have EVER spoken with..He listened to my rantings because I was upset by the end of the call he had me laughing. SCARMER CHEATS THE DEFINTION OF SCAM IS ENDURANCE They sold me in march a policy for my 2014 dodge caravan with full coverage for 4 years or ****** miles with ****** deductible at ****** a month. On all parts and labor I need transmission work in June . first,, they denied my claim saying i need invoice from ******* for tires I bought in January. I provided, even though had nothing to do with them . Then they said they would only pay 1000 toward a ******* job and close my account. They claim my car only worth *****. I sent proof of its value of 5000, to 7000, dollars for my nice clean Florida car, and of their.... promise we agreed to when they took my money They still say They Say it worth a 1000, a total lie. So i cant fix my car, a disable senor citizen , the transmission shop waited hour and twenty min on phone with then to talk to someone to start claim and refuse to do business with them again Because of all the problems with adjusters ect.. I made 7 to 8 calls all took over a hour to reach someone I tried getting the thousand to pay toward a use transmission another shop ordered but they refuse to pay that either. These people are the worst liars and scammers out there I have found out there is a class action against them and have joined it IT IS COMPANINES LIKE THEM THAT RUIN THIS WORLDEndurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
