5 starsI had received a notice from Endurance Auto Warranty indicating that my payment could not be processed. My bank card had to be discontinued due to fraud and I had to wait for a new card to be issued. I called Endurance to explain the situation and give them my new information to process. I spoke with ****** at Endurance who was a very kind and understanding person and certainly an excellent representative of Endurance.Review fromRobert T

I had my wife's Mercedes GLC300 in for service. The service wtiter said my car needed an ~ $260 software upfate. He checked from his ******* called Customer **********************. The lady I spoke to eas polite & friendly. She told me upgraded software is NOT covered. Oh, Well.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Terrible company!!! Dont deal with them! We took out a warranty on our 2016 Ram 1500 pickup. After about a week we realized the tires were oversized, so we called Endurance and informed them of this. I took down the date and the person I spoke with. She said they would have to rewrite the contract and include this. We agreed that was okay. Now one year later our vehicle needs repairs but they said they wont cover because we didnt pay for the tire difference and wanted to charge us an extra $500 to consider our claim. Spoke with a claims manager who agreed we had done everything we should and he would keep us updated. Then he started ignoring us said there is nothing he can do. Every time we contacted claims they would say to give it a couple more days. Finally after a month we decided it was enough. Called claims, they told us unless we paid the surcharge our contract was null and void. They wanted us to pay for their mistake. I even told them we would pay $250 , half their mistake if they guaranteed they would fix our vehicle but they couldnt do that. Only said they could proceed with the claim which meant to me they would try to find something else to deny it with. We had all our maintainence records. They just look for something to deny a claim and take no responsibility for their mistakes. We live on social security which is why we purchased an extended warranty on our vehicle. I wouldnt even give this company a one star but had to to leave a review. They are a bunch of crooks. Dont waste your money on these warranties. Better to just put it in a savings account in case of auto problems.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

"BUYER BEWARE". I renewed my Endurance Warranty Covg on 5/14/24. The renewal policy was assigned to a "PARTNER" of Endurance. Company called ************* Direct. Unbeknown to me, the customer, it was not an ACTUAL "********************" contract. This PARTNER does not pay the entire cost of a covered repair like "ENDURANCE". EX: policy states it will cover replacement of an ALTERNATOR. First shop I took my truck too, Diagnostic $169, ALTERNATOR Part $663.94, Labor $287.30 -TOTAL REPAIR $1120.24. Endurance Partner stated they would approve $415 of that bill, I'D pay $100 ded. There were other problems w/my truck that were not covered under the contract. Found second shop that would allow me to purchase my own parts for other items that needed repair. SECOND SHOP: After they diag, they found a couple of things that needed replaced, Again, PARTNER would only cover ALTERNATOR. SECOND SHOP: DIAG FEE $168, ALTERNATOR PART $296.94, LABOR $140 = TOTAL $606.94. ENDURANCE PARTNER paid $224.76, I PD $100 deductible. (AUTH #C60051/C270525). Made decision to cancel policy. ******** *** explained with this partner contract, I would pay a **** of $139 a mo for 3 yrs, but have 5 yrs of ****. Then he offered to switch my pol to an ACTUAL "ENDURANCE WARR PLAN" for $155 a mo, pay it for another 3 yrs & this policy would pay the Actual cost of repairs instead of a percentage. He could not send me a copy of the actual "ENDURANCE" policy unless I gave him a credit card number. Offered to send me a sample contract. SAMPLE CONTRACT TERMS of coverage are different from the ACTUAL POLICY TERMS OF ****. SAMPLE CONTRACT states it will cover A/C & HEATER, Actual Policy states it will ONLY cover HEATER. I went over w/the Sales *** when I renewed this policy last yr. She stated my a/c would be covered if it failed. Actual policy does not state that. Another thing in policy. If ur repair is more than the car is worth, pol will only pay what ur car is worth, not the cost of repair.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Horrible experience have been paying for months. I had a problem with my car while the car was at the shop. I decided to change the tires for bigger ones. The inspector came, took pictures of the problem acknowledged that there was a problem with the car then the claim was denied because of the oversized tires. Not a big difference from the stock ones. I explained to the adjuster that I changed the tires while the car was at the shop already I showed proof from my mechanic who did the installation I showed they receipt from the place my mechanic purchased at *****, which showed that the car was already at the shop with the problem before I change the tires. They still denied the claim. They said when we inspected the car he had those tires on. They ignore the fact that I had proof that the car had a problem already before I change the tires, horrible company they look for an excuse to deny the claimsEndurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

PAID FOR A SECURE PLUS PLAN AND WHEN I HAVE A ENGINE GIVE OUT THEY REFUSE TO COVER THE REPAIR I BEEEN WITHOUT A VEHICLE 4 WEEKS NOW AND DO THEY GIVE A CARE NO OTHERWISE THEY WOULD OF COVERED THE REPAIR SHAME ON THEM I HOPE THEY LOSE MONEY AND GO BANKRUPT LIARSEndurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

5 stars***, the agent was wonderful and caring when I told him my dilemma. I did not fully understand the whole coverage part / with what was covered and what was not covered. *** took the time to explain everything to me and helped me better understand my coverage. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing first experience with this company. ********, who claimed to be a manager, was extremely unprofessionalhe constantly talked over me, provided misleading information, and pressured me to sign up during the call. When he realized I wasnt falling for his tactics, he hung up on me. If this is the kind of representative the company puts in a leadership position, Im not comfortable doing business with them.
