      PAID FOR A SECURE PLUS PLAN AND WHEN I HAVE A ENGINE GIVE OUT THEY REFUSE TO COVER THE REPAIR I BEEEN WITHOUT A VEHICLE 4 WEEKS NOW AND DO THEY GIVE A CARE NO OTHERWISE THEY WOULD OF COVERED THE REPAIR SHAME ON THEM I HOPE THEY LOSE MONEY AND GO BANKRUPT LIARS

      ***, the agent was wonderful and caring when I told him my dilemma. I did not fully understand the whole coverage part / with what was covered and what was not covered. *** took the time to explain everything to me and helped me better understand my coverage. Great customer ********************** and he turned what was a bad day for me into a good day. Good customer ********************** can either make or break a company for sure. We need more people helping customers like ***. Thank you **********************

      Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing first experience with this company. ********, who claimed to be a manager, was extremely unprofessionalhe constantly talked over me, provided misleading information, and pressured me to sign up during the call. When he realized I wasnt falling for his tactics, he hung up on me. If this is the kind of representative the company puts in a leadership position, Im not comfortable doing business with them. I hope ***************** takes the time to review this call, because it was a truly negative experience. Id rate it -10 if I could.

      Customer **********************, and the ******************** offered sounded great, however, I had to request a full refund due to the cost. I was way out of our budget. But if you can afford it, Endurace is a good extended warranty administrator.

      When I realized after receiving my paperwork with details, that my policy would not work for me, I received a refund ( minus activation fee but so what) and my policy was canceled. Customer ********************** tried to make things work but at the end agreed that they could not offer something better and canceled policy with a confirmation number. Very well run and professional.

      I would give this organization 0 stars if I could.I drive a ************* GLA250, which Ive cared for meticulously since leasing and eventually purchasing it. I signed up for Endurances top-tier protection plan, feeling confident that I was doing the right thing to keep my low-mileage vehicle protected. I also maintain a separate tire and rotation package and bring my car in regularly for maintenanceIm clearly the type of customer who takes vehicle care seriously.Recently, I noticed a loud rattling and vibration when using the A/C. It worsened quickly, so I brought it into the ************* service center. The diagnosis: a rodent nest in the blower motor area, filled with twigs, acorns, and debris. Thankfully, I acted quicklythe technician said if I had waited, the damage could have easily exceeded **/$5,000**, especially if the rodent had chewed through cables or the blower motor had fully failed. Instead, the repair cost was /$800, and I submitted a claim to Endurance, assuming it would be ********** my shock, the claim was denied because no part had *technically failed*. The logic was bafflingso I wouldve had to *wait* for catastrophic failure to get help. Isnt the point of coverage to *prevent* major issues?After a 44-minute wait to speak with someone, I realized this company was not for me. Im proactive, honest, and want a safe car for my childrennot someone waiting for my car to fall apart. I even said I could have gone to a local mechanic and claimed a broken part or waited until it truly failedbut why would I do that?When I asked to cancel, I was transferred four times before someone finally agreedonly to find out Id need to notarize a form and wait 24 weeks for cancellation to process.Endurance may work for some, but if youre a responsible car owner who expects support before things fall apart, I suggest looking elsewhere.
