I attempted to confirm terms of an extended warranty policy purchased a few years ago. Per my understanding, the vehicle had exceeded the mileage and time periods of the policy and the Endurance warranty insurance had expired. I wanted to confirm there would be no auto-renewal of the insurance. The two agents I spoke with refused to provide the information I requested and instead asked rather hostile questions with the clear intent of selling more insurance (e.g., "are you aware of the multiple service problems on your vehicle?"). I terminated the call without getting any information from them. An unpleasant experience. Buyer beware.

"Extremely disappointed with Endurance's customer ********************** and claims process. After filing a claim, they insisted I take my vehicle to a shop for a transmission teardown, which I did. The shop found catastrophic damage, but despite this, Endurance declined the claim without a valid reason. Now I'm left with a $2,000 bill, plus repairs between $7-9 thousand dollars which is absolutely unreal. It's clear their representatives are trained to deny claims, no matter what, and the reasons they give don't even make sense. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism I've experienced is appalling. It's all just a lie - they promise peace of mind when selling the policy, but when you need them to take responsibility, they're nowhere to be found. Feeling frustrated, misled, and taken advantage of. Poor communication and lack of transparency. Would not recommend to anyone."Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Endurance covered my claim, but you do not answer the phone in a timely manner. Twice my service advisor was on hold for an hour before gave up. This is unacceptable. I had to call Endurance customer svc to get a number for them to call. He then was on hold for 57 min. before you answered and approved the claim. You have to do better than this. I have both my autos with Endurance and I hope I made the right choice.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Great warranty program if your vehicle is less than 5 years and in reasonable shape. My vehicle is 16 years old and has served me like a Super Duty pick up. The few times my vehicle was taken in for repair, my warranty plan coverrd either none or either perhaps 50%. Due to inflation and the return on my simply could not afford the monthly rate. When I purchase my new vehicle, I will sign up with Endurance.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
