I purchased a warranty from Endurance. I been paying on it for 9 months. I have a ram ****. My truck broke down and Endurance denied the claim. They said it was a commercial vehicle and that the person who wrote my policy didnt put a x in the box for commercial vehicle. When I purchased the policy I told the guy I haul cars with my truck. So when my truck broke down, all of a sudden endurance sees it a ram **** and they say oh its a commercial vehicle we denying the claim. But for the 9 months I made payments to yall not once did you say oh its a **** we gotta cancel your policy. You continue to take my money for a service your company wasnt gonna honored.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

After purchasing warranty decided it wasn't a smart move based on reviews . I've only had warranty for less than 2 days. been trying to get ahold of them and keep getting put on hold and then hung up on. I have left 4 messages with them. They said they tried calling me back but apparently it came across my phone as a spam number go figure. Not a good service takes your money and when it comes to pay for a service over **** dollars they use that "not covered" item to get out if paying....do not get the service they only help themselves not the customer!Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

******** This is by far the most unscrupulous warranty company. I have met the requirements stated in my contract which is **** miles or 30 days and have highly inconvenienced while they do their investigations only to find out the deny my claim. Claiming it was pre existing. No management responds to customers concerns or returns calls. I pay over $200 monthly for apparently no reason. It appears as though they have no intentions of paying any claims, not even for car rental while they do their checks. Beware and stay away from them!!!!Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

This warranty is Baloney Sandwich (BS!!!) I have had the coverage since May of 2022, paying around $132/month. The only thing that was covered was $50 on a $125 oil change, and a couple of dollars on a battery. Everything else that I needed covered, they were unable to cover. I call to cancel the policy, wait 28 minutes, then the rep plays the kid game of, "Hello, hello, hello" and then proceeds to hang up. I call back and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I then called the next day 10.26.2022, and speak to a ******** now tells me all they can do for me, but I continue to ask him to cancel the coverage. He tries to keep me for another 10 minutes, but I continue informing him that I want to cancel. He places me on hold for 6 minutes, as that's when the cancellation e-mail came to my account, he comes back, very nice. Once I see the cancellation form, they want it NOTARIZED, in order to cancel your policy. This warranty is a waste of my time and money. Go elsewhere, and I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!!!Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Received a letter from Endurance addressed to a person with a different first name but my address stating that there will be Price increased to our Extended Vehicle Service Plan effective October 28, 2022. First, the person listed does not exist in our household. Second, we do not have an extended warranty with them. I contacted Endurance at to verify that there was a policy using my address. Gave the rep the Customer Code (which happened to not exist or be valid). I wanted to make sure that someone was not using our address and perpetrate identify fraud. Asked to speak with a supervisor, was transferred to another worker bee in Customer ********************** who verified what I was already told. Gave this rep the name of the employee listed on the letter, ********************************* - Vehicle Protection Coordinator, and was told that she could not find a record of this person in her database. Apparently, they are sending out letters to households to try to pressure people in renewing their policy (which doesn't exist). I asked again to speak with a supervisor and was told a message would be given to the supervisor to return my call.She wanted my name (and no, I did not provide my first name-- because I didn't want them to have a valid name attached to the household. Needless to say, no one called me back. Endurance is sending out false enrollment documents to people who are not interested in their service and making you think your signed up fr their service. SHAME ON THEM. If I ever considered purchasing their service, I WON'T NOW!!!!Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
