      Scammers! Took a payment out earlier than agreed upon once an arrangement was made! They did so after the car was sold, and refused to refund my money even though I sent the notarized cancellation form several times to several different people! I did what they asked me to do, and what was required but was told that I would not be getting my money back after THEY WERE PAID FOR DOING NOTHING!!! USE ANYONE BUT THEM!!!??

      EADV16123178- I had taken out a warranty on my truck several months ago and on the 10/12/22 i opened a claim stating that my water pump needed replaced and was at the shop. The mechanic contacted endurance and was told that i needed to turn in my registration to my vehicle so they can investigate it not being a commercial vehicle. The sales man that sold me the contract went through the questions about my vehicle and i answered what it was used for and still sold me the warranty. I was told told the claim was denied because they say it's commercial use but not true .I see they still take ur money out and never say a word until u file a claim and think it's unfair to pay in and the get the word denied. I can see if the sales man was up front and should have asked if it was used for commercial work and if so i would have never taken out the warranty and a no brainer.This contract should be refunded do u taking the money every month and should have been up front when i bought the contract. I had called in everyday to check on my claim and no body could tell me a word and was same old reason it was under review. I think if this issue was told to me when we discussed the warranty i would have not bought. very disappointed with people cant be truthful. Full refund would be nice not my fault the salesman should have been more up front and truth full. Beware anything from them paying a claim

      Received a mailing from Endurance saying my rates were going to increase and that I needed to contact them at 1-800-xxx-. I called and spoke to asset protection "****" who wanted me to tell him information on my "covered" vehicles. I explained I didn't think I had any "covered" vehicles and asked him to tell me what vehicles they showed I owned that they were covering. His response was that he couldn't provide me with that information and insisted that I provide him with the vehicle information. I then advised him I am retired law enforcement and that it appeared as though the company was attempting to gain information from people so they could try to talk them into purchasing a plan they didn't actually need nor want. Of course "****" denied this and abruptly ended the call. I hope and pray that others will read this and try to remember if you ever have a question regarding any business that initiates contact with you, you can one contact the better business bureau and two, hang up, look the company's telephone number up, then call them.

      Back in May of 2022 I called to cancel a policy for a truck I no longer owned. I was told it was taken care of but obviously it wasnt. Ive come realize 7 months later that I have still been paying for it. This time when I call no one to answer no one to call me back.

      Endurance is yet another warranty company that screws its customers by using slippery terms and conditions, as well as contracting with a 3rd party to administer their warranty plans. This means while your contract says internal engine parts are covered, they will find some reason to not cover it, despite the part being on the covered list. This is basically fraud IMHO (not a lawyer). The 3rd party that administers the policy is a nightmare to deal with and they will kick you back and forth between Endurance and them, ultimately wasting your time and money, while causing you unnecessary stress over the course of that time. I wish I had never signed up with them, would never recommend after using.

      This place really puts the screws to people and take our money while making everything sound so great. The guy I talked to in the beginning when I was thinking about purchasing the warranty made everything sound like a dream and that's exactly what it was...A DREAM!!! I've been paying this place for a year now, it was $100 a month up until about 4 months ago, then they ever so graciously lowered it to $80 a month because of a withdrawal coming out of my checking account when it wasn't due. They did end up refunding me the money. I really had high hopes and peace of mind about knowing that I was covered if my car had any issues. I had the cooling fan go out in my engine and had just renewed my contract paying $162, I was told I had no waiting period, I took my car into **** to get the fan replaced only to find out that my contract doesn't cover that. So I had to let my mortgage payment go to pay the $573 to get the fan replaced. I was livid to find out they wouldn't cover a simple fan. My payment is due tomorrow and I'm not giving them one more dime, I could have been putting the money that I've been paying them monthly into a savings account, and I would have had the money to get my fan fixed which is what I'm going to do from now on. I get 3 free oil changes a year on my contract is what I was told, I just filed a claim and turned 2 receipts in for 2 separate oil changes this year and the lady couldn't promise me that I'd get my money back for those oil changes since I was cancelling my contract, my contract was active on both of these oil change dates, she then stated that it could be a month before I do get the refund, so I guess I'll wait and see, if I don't get refunded then I'm taking them to small claims court, it's funny how they are so quick to take my money every month but I have to wait a month to get reimbursed. This place is getting rich by lying to people because everything they told me was a lie. Loaner/Rental cars aren't free either as they stated.

      I was reviewing my policy within 30 trial. The link for finding the closest shop was 40 miles away. I called to confirm if that was correct and was met with a brick wall. They refused to answer the question and only offered to send info. It took me over 3 hours of repeated calls and cursing to finally reach the person who could cancel imy policy and was again met with a song and dance. They accused me of having a car issue (as I'm driving around in my car, mind you) and tried mocking me, and even worse-preaching to me (seriously, you are reading that right). Well over 20 minutes to cancel once I got the person on phone. Glad i found this out earlier than later. They are the worst. I cant imagine what I would go through if I was ever to use them. Horrendous and untrustworthy.

      On March 3, 2022 I purchased an Endurance Auto Warranty. I agreed to have the enrollment fee and the monthly premiums auto debited from my bank account. On August 8 I filled out the required paperwork to terminate my policy. My account had been auto debited for August already on August 3. I waited for a month, then inquired the status of my prorated refund on Sept. 8. The phone attendant couldn't find record of a refund and 'sent the inquiry to billing'. I did not hear back and on Sept. 14 I called again. A different attendant told me the refund was process on Sept. 12 and would be mailed on Sept. 15. I still had not received the refund by Sept. 28 and called again. Another attendant said she would check and call me back. She didn't. I called again on October 3, but again the attendant couldn't give me a status. It is now Oct. 13 and I've not received my refund. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with Endurance!

      Endurance direct is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are nothing but a headache. Majority of their customer ********************** reps are beyond rude. My vehicle has been at the repair shop since 8/8/22 they have sent numerous inspectors out just to make the process harder and longer and when you question it all they tell you is "there is no timeframe" or "it is stated in the contract." I was told on Thursday 9/29/22 they received all documentation and video for the adjustor as of today it is still "pending review" FOR WHAT?!?!?! When I called Monday I was told it would be done within 24 hours, here we are at Wednesday still nothing. Every rep I have spoken with has claimed to "expedite" the process but they are all a bunch of liars. They want you to continue to pay them monthly while they just jerk you around and make every single thing difficult. Endurance is nothing but a scam to be honest I wish I would have read all the negative reviews on BBB website prior to signing up with them. Trust me you are better off without them the only help they give you is to help raise your blood pressure!

      I purchased a contract with this company on 06/11/2021 my car broke down and I was told I needed an engine replacement along with a water pump on July 20,2022. this company refuse to repair my vehicle and also refuse to give me a full refund . I have paid this company over ******* by credit card installments . I cancelled the warranty and asked for a full refund and they told me it takes 6 weeks to process its been 2 months and I called them and they told me I wasn't due anything! I need all my money back this is unacceptable.
