      Upon total refund request, the company has not responded. I have lost complete faith in Endurances customer ********************** efforts. It is clear the companys mantra is to s**** the customer over misinterpretation of a simple phrase. First, the local ******** **** Dealership was not a preferred/approved mechanic.( I should have recognized trouble was coming.) The assigned mechanic performed a limited diagnostic which reported:'lower control arms, lower knuckle arms and all 4 ball joints. The claim was rejected because the mechanic stated that because the rubber grease fittings were wore out there were traces of rust. The claims agent interpreted rust as water damage. From a customer ********************** view this confusion should have been resolved in favor of the customer. But, it wasnt. So, I requested a full 19 month's refund.
