Items can be exchanged only if:
There is a defect in the product or if it is not the correct item.
We have made the engraving mistake.
No product can be exchanged without prior authorization. All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the package. You may call, fax or email us. You must include a copy of our packing slip showing the original order and engraving instructions. All replacements will be sent without additional freight charges.
