      The last week of May ************************** my home, and there was water damage. I called Allstate since they were my insurance and they removed all damaged wood in my room and kitchen. This included walls and all the kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, they damaged my sink faucet and my stove I guess one stove leg got damaged with the moving. Then I waited since they asured me it would get fixed soon. They sent an adjuster to take measurements in the first week of June 2022. Then nothing for a whole month. No calls, no status, no nothing. I had no kitchen, no sink, or anything had to wash my dishes outside in 110-degree weather. we had to make food due to us not being able to **** in our kitchen. It was as if they abandoned the refixing of the kitchen. After that I started calling they said that they lost the information the adjuster sent so a couple more weeks passed and the adjuster went again to take measurements. This is when they promised me they were going to give me ********. Again I had to start calling and they would give me the runaround. By the beginning of August no kitchen yet. It was so stressful being without it that I used out-of-pocket money to start building it due to insurance not responding even after many attempts to resolve the issue. I wasted $7000. I had to go to the local office once again to show that I paid out of pocket and that this was such a bad experience with them, and up to this date they had not given any money for the repairs. They told me that they were under the impression that a check had been deposited a month before, and when they checked they were able to prove that nothing had sent yet. When they finally did they sent ********. Way different than what they had originally told me. This week I received another payment of ******, which still does not get closed to the amount they promised me. This has been a horrible experience I had to jump through hoops trying to get my kitchen fixed months of mental anguish and stress.

      On April 1 2022 at 11:15 I called ************ and a gentleman answered the phone. I told him I had some water damage and I wanted to know if it was covered under my insurance. He asked me my name and he looked up my policy and said that I was covered and that I would have to pay the first $500. Me and my wife started looking around for a company that could do the job. We chose Brothers Flooring. After the job we took their invoice to ************************************ Allstate office and they said the damage was not covered. I told them that I had talked to someone here on 1 april at 11:15 and he said it was covered. She looked at all her calls and said that she couldn't see where I had called. My phone shows that I called her number and talked to some one for 6 minutes and 54 seconds.

      I had a bad storm bring down half of a 150 year old tree landing on my wood fence and chain link fence and shed roof and deck rails destroying them. Allstate sent a tree crew out that i did not hire and had them to remove downed limbs leaving a large amount of damage tree behind. I thought allstate pd that so they could see the damage. I was ask to sign so i did for i have not ever in the 55 years ive lived here had a claim so i thought it was just procedure. well allstate low balled me with not quite $10;000 And now the tree people called wanting their money which i thought allstate pd it leaving me not even $1000 to fix everything in my yard i had to drain my savings and some checking just to take the large limbs off damaged tree so it wouldnt fall on my house and garage Ive been crying for days. Had to see my dr for my blood pressure was off the charts and im on meds. Now i have a torn up fence and shed and deck and only not quit a thousand to fix everything!

      I currently have a Mileswise acct. Spent a month trying to get the right person to quote. Finally got through and was quoted 75 dollars higher than other companies. Now I want to cancel the policy and keep getting transferred and can't accomplish via text. Also told there was no way to stop policy from auto renewing. It should not be this hard to cancel a policy. It almost as if they try to make it difficult so you give up and don't cancel. I need someone who can actually help to call me so I don't get caught in transfer h*** again. Everytime I am transferred it seems to be the "wrong " department.

      Allstate homeowner claim number ********** significant damage to the roof due to the hail storm in ******, ** on 7/26/2022.Allstate photographer took pictures of the roof and outside of the house, and send it to Allstate adjuster in ** to review. Without looking at the hail damage to the roof, the adjuster denied claim.Reinspection was done, but they need more pictures.I disagree with Allstate assessment.Physical inspection shows clear damage to the roof and shingles due to hail storm.       I had Allstate auto insurance policy number 0 59 ******. i am Allstate loyal customer from last 7+ years . the day i came in ****** i choose Allstate as my insurer for my 2 Vehicle. recently i was victim of theft on one of my vehicle. i was in deep shock about this incident and feel helpless. in my this mental state i was looking help from my insurance. on initial step i was happy with the service i got by claim filling person name *******************. during our conversation i was told my Claim Advisor ****************************** will contact me to explain you about whole process and moving forward. i am surprise that my car went for repair and all most ready with part change but my claim advisor MR ****** has no time to reach out to me and explain me anything. i have send him email , voicemail but this person do not bother to contact their value customer. After this incident i call customer service and try to reach out ****** . customer service agent ***** told me he left message to ****** but still i never heard from him.After this incident i am really thinking that the company (ALLSTATE) i really gave my loyalty from day one is still worth for my loyalty? THIS TYPE OF CLAIM ADVISOR REALLY UNDERSTAND THEIR CUSTOMER STATE OF MIND IN THIS TYPE OF INCIDENT?. This people are that busy so they cant even talk to there customer for 2 min? after this incident i was in more pain than my vehicle part theft. i am extremely sad the way I WAS TREATED BY THIS CLAIM ADVISOR ***************************.. here i rest my case to BBB but if needed i might complaint to Government Body regarding this type of customer service and ask to make timeline for things to do.

      I renewed a commercial auto insurance policy back in April of 2022 with Allstate, and at that point also requested that the future policy payments be deducted from my bank account. I stayed on the phone with an Allstate agent throughout the process and confirmed my account and routing information so that the future payments would be debited. I was advised many times by various Allstate agents that all their calls are recorded and i am now being told the policy was cancelled for nonpayment, to which i was never notified, even asking Allstate to please mail any notices to my new mailing address. After calling Allstate to try to resolve the situation they kept telling me that they never took my payment and never took down my account information that it would have been done through my insurance broker, which is was not. Allstate refuses to reinstate my policy even after i confirmed to pay the outstanding balance and AGAIN setup future autopay. Allstate commmercial auto policy number: *********

      Claims number: **********. On 07/01/2022 my car was hit while parked. Allstate has the police report and the responsible partys insurance info. Allstate chose the repair shop and my car has been in that shop for more than a month (since 07/05/22) but was first advised repair would be completed by 07/19/2022. Allstate covered my rental for 30 days but since 07/31/2022, the rental costs have been coming out of my pockets. The shop does not have a definite date on when my car will be ready and neither Allstate or the repair shop wants to cover my rental expenses. So they expect me to cover rental expenses indefinitely which is very unfair to me.

      POLICY # 978 618 923 ******************************* 1.On June 7th 2021 Allstate erroneously over charge my account in the amount by $******. 2. I spoke to **** numerous times and he assured me that the charge of $ ****** would be reversed.3. One Month went by and only $ ****** was corrected leaving an error of $****** 4. Then my car insurance was WRONGFULLY cancelled for no reason and was in panic to get new insurance..5. October 13, 2021 an errorous bill was received from Allstate for $289.18 representing the error.6. I wrote a letter to Allstate and mailed it on November 2, 2021 and the correction was made.7. As a result I owed no money to Allstate .8. But the correction was not forward and reported to the 3 CREDIT BUREAU.7. The item was send to collection and is reflected on my credit report.
