      3 months of trying to get paid for a total loss claim, always passing you off to someone else. Will be switching insurance companies.

      I have been with Allstate for 11 years and have smoke damage and have been in a hotel for six days and has only spoke with my adjuster once. She doesn't answer the phone return calls or respond to her emails. I'm waiting for an inspection and approval to go forward with the process. I have been on the phone all day back and forth. This is a nightmare.

      I don't wanna give any stars worse insurance company in history and should be shut down stole money and lied about coverage there own agent was clueless on why I wasn't covered. Also had me get renters that I didn't ask for or need I have homeowners insurance. Most unprofessional insurance company I have ever dealt with. Will never ever deal with again or recommend to even insure a horse buggy.

      Worst customer service ever. Sold our home in August, 2024. Gave Allstate our new address and canceled homeowners *********'s now Dec 28th, 2024. Policy has expired and Allstate has had my new address since August but said they were never notified. Allstate should not be in business. Thank goodness, I've never filed a claim with **********, my vehicles will no longer be with Allstate.

      Rates jacked up over time without explanation. I found when shopping for alternative insurance they had reported at fault for claims that I was not at fault for and never notified me of this. A single claim they reported twice (not sure how you turn one into two) as being at fault for despite the vehicle being locked, not occupied, and parked in a private parking lot.

      I don't know how anyone can use Allstate, I am in the auto collision business and I see Allstate ripping off just about everyone of our customers, they are spitting and gluing people car back together, If a customers vehicle is a total loss they are refusing to pay for towing and storage charges, they say they will only pay what ever they feel is fair, which we all know is cheating and the customer out of the right to a fair return, they leave cars sitting for a month before they settle a claim then blame the insured anyway they can to try to cheat them, Allstate is the number one worst insurance in our country. and the states give them a license to rob people, this is why we can't feel bad for these CEO's with their ten million pay days. the public is tired of companies like Allstate ripping them off.

      Always wasting my time. Absolutely terrible company that never has anything to offer us. They claim to have great rates and after they've wasted my time over the phone for so long they tell me they have nothing for me. Don't waste your time with Allstate.

      Here's an expanded version of the negative review: "I've had the misfortune of dealing with Allstate for my recent car accident claim, and I must say, it's been an absolutely disastrous experience. From the initial reporting of the claim to the final resolution, the process has been marred by delays, miscommunications, and a general lack of empathy. The adjuster assigned to my case was unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in resolving my claim. But my frustration with Allstate goes beyond just the claims process. Their mobile app is clunky, outdated, and severely lacking in features. Trying to access basic information about my policy is a chore, and making changes or updates is nearly impossible. The app is slow, unresponsive, and crashes frequently. It's clear that Allstate has not invested in modernizing their technology, and it shows. But what's even more disturbing is the complete lack of transparency and accountability within the company. When I tried to escalate my concerns to a supervisor, I was met with resistance and excuses. It's clear that Allstate is more interested in protecting their bottom line than in providing fair and reasonable service to their ************ a result of this disastrous experience, I have made the decision not to renew my policy with Allstate. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing Allstate as their *********** star is even too generous for this company. Avoid Allstate at all costs.

      A month after paying my homeowners premium in full, for my new home they re-evaluated and auto dented my bank account instead of my mortgage escrow. I paid in full for a one year policy, why do they think it is okay to come back a month after I moved in and say replacement cost estimate went up $150,000? Which, by the way is now nearly $300,000 higher than the value of my home. And I was on with customer service for 35 minutes and while on hold, the call disconnected? They hung up? 15 minutes later they haven't called back.

      This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I'm staying in a hotel. I am not able to cook like I usually do because I do not have an oven and its a small kitchen. They do not pay for my laundry so I'm driving home to wash my clothes. I'm calling daily for my adjust to come to an agreement with my contractor and 2 weeks with no call back. My contractor cannot work on my house unless he has approval. Since my second claim this has been a disaster. They let me stay in my house with no showers for 3 weeks before they even answered if my floors can be pulled up. I call the 1800 number and they tell me to wait on the supervisor to call me and not escalate it above that for immediate help. My pet died due to my living condition because they did not put me in a hotel or moved fast enough by responding to the work that needed to be completed. I told them every phone call that I didn't have a shower and she didn't offer me a hotel until she looked at the bylaws. My floor was molding and I was not able to use the showers. This took over 2 weeks for her to respond. They waited until they pulled my toilet out to give me a hotel. If I am texting the claims and leaving emails daily with no response that is horrible customer service.
