Filed a claim with the company for a loss on 9/20/2022. Allstate not only looked at one picture online and stated the amount to fix was lower than than my deductible and closed the claim immediately. Telling me later that I could still use the closed claim, which proved to be impossible because every time I called to have something done they always told me it was closed. I have had two separate shops quote $4200 to fix and allstate has refused to send out their own agent to inspect the car. Stating they will only give me $2300 and have continually refused to send their agent out. Telling me I must take it back to the shop I had already had it at when this is my only form of transport. Allstate had stated to me multiple times that they have 100% satisfaction guaranteed but have made no effort to call and communicate with me. I have had to call them every single week when I have not gotten then same from them. My claim is still not resolves 2 months later and no one at the company has communicated with nor tried to help me resolve this. They constlistently tell me someone will call me and I get no phone calls. The one phone call I received on November 17th they told me the insurance would be calling the shop and the shop verified that no one in fact called that day or any other day that was requested. This company false advertises at 100% satisfaction guarantee for their claims. Still no resolution and I don't even know where to go from here. Even when I call originally they didn't even tell me or send me the money until I called and asked if they made a determination why wouldn't they have sent itBusiness Response

on august 13th 2022, i had to use road side assistance to get one of my vehicles home. i used the roadside assistance app on my phone plan from ******* wireless. so they assigned me to the towing company **************. they came loaded my car on to the tow truck. so i had to drive my other car home and meet the tow truck driver. well i stopped to put gas so the tow truck driver beet me home. well i get home and go to move my car and i get a message on my dash saying to stop the vehicle high oil pressure. so i stop and check my oil. come to find out im low oil. im thinking this dont make sense. so im looking at my car and find a big puddle of oil where my car was parked. so i look under my car and see that there is a crack in my oil pan. now i know it was the tow truck driver because i used them befor in the past and had an issue where the driver had truble getting my car unhooked because its a low profile car. and they broke my bunper. i didn file a complaint on that one because my bumper was already broken. but i had to use brikks to put under the tires to help raise the car so he could get the forks out from underneat the car. i told that story to the tow truck driver so he would know not to mess up my car. so i had a mechanic look at my car and they saide becauset the forks of the tow truck hit my oil pan so hard that peaces form the broken oil pan got into my oil pump causing it to fail which is why i have issues now with the oil pressure. so i filed a complaint with allstate road side mediator. and he emailed me told me to answer the questions and send pics and estimate of damage.so i do and now they are not responding to my emails and the phone number given on the email does not work. here is the mediator info claim #. ****************************************************************************** Damage Mediator Allstate Roadside ************** ********************************Business Response

I have been a member of Allstate motor club for a number of years. One of the benefits is trip interruption. According to the representative and the written literature they will pay up to $1500 if your trip is interrupted because of a mechanical breakdown. On May 18 of this year exactly that happened. After a near miss accident our brakes were damaged to the point where fluid was leaking out and it was unsafe to drive vehicle. It termed out that a bolt had broken and ruptured the brake line. We had it towed by Allstate motor club to the nearest town where the repairs were performed. It was during a busy time and it took nearly 3 days to get the repairs completed. During that time we stayed at a motel, purchased meals ,and required use of a rental car; all of which are covered by the trip interruption portion of my motor club. I submitted the necessary paperwork to the motor club and I have attempted to contact them on numerous times. They have never paid for this. It is over $800. I have attempted to use my Allstate insurance agent to contact them which she has done several times to no avail.Business Response

I cancelled my Allstate Motor Club membership in August of 2021, before the annual renewal date. My card continued to be be charged the monthly fee until December of 2021. I have called multiple times since then into the billing department, and the reps cant do anything expect escalate it. Its been escalated three times as Ive called in multiple times, and they keep saying a senior rep will contact me within **** business days. I have not received any contact via email or phone. I have also tried emailing the Allstate motor club email address to no avail. Allstate agent ****************** was the one handling my claim. I was never informed that once I received the settlement for pain and suffering that the damage to my car was no longer their priority. I got an estimate for the damage from one of the shops in their network. They did not approve of this estimate and offered a significantly lower amount. I declined and stated I would just take my car to the approved car shop in their network. ************** took it upon herself to chose a different place for me. I informed her I would be needing a rental. She never once told me of any costs since they had taken full responsibility. I made arrangements to drop off my car at the place ************** chose and for a rental. They stated I would need to make a $50 refundable deposit which I understood. I went to pick up the rental and they informed me that Allstate would not be paying that I would have to pay a $300 deposit along with a daily fee of over $100 for the rental. I do not know of any decent hardworking individual who can afford that especially when it is not their fault. I have been trying to get ahold of ************** and her manager no one answers me. I have called Allstate the representatives tell me to talk to her. I just want my car fixed. This was not my fault. They took full responsibility.Business Response

I pay this motor club to cover towing payments in case my car or my wife's car breaks down. Her car broke down during the first week of April 2022. She contacted this tow club and they sent a tow truck. She paid the driver and the tow club advised that they would reimburse the $190 once I sent a receipt of the tow payment. I sent this receipt a week later and I received no response. I called them with my Allstate rep on the line and they told me what to send them, which was the receipt again. I did that and still nothing. I called them again on June 9, 2022 and they asked me a third time to send them the receipt. I faxed the receipt to the number that they gave me, which is ************. I also mailed it on the same day to the address that they gave me, which was *******************************************. My agent rep called them again in the beginning of Sept. in which they said they would research it and call her back but they never did. They are taking money out of my account for their service but they will not pay me for using a tow truck which is why I have their services. I need my reimbursement. I had roadside assistance tow my vehicle. My vehicle was damaged by the tow company. On Saturday July 23rd at 7:56 am I received notification that my request for a tow was being worked on and that I should hear back in approximately 15 mins. I was notified that Roadside was having trouble finding a tow company and it would take longer than normal. I was then messaged that ***************** was assigned to tow my vehicle and would arrive between 9:58 and 10:58 am. At 10:58 am I was messaged that the tow company should be arriving soon or onsite then. After 20mins I called the tow company and their phone number was not taking messages. I then called Allstate Auto and they said that they had given the tow company the wrong address and that my request for a tow had been canceled I was told by Allstate that they would find another tow service immediately and would call be back. After an hour I had to call Allstate back and was informed that the request had been cancelled again. I was also told that I would be informed if the tow would cost more than my coverage.I was then told that they would get another tow company. Allstate then called back at about 4:30 pm and said they found another tow company that would charge me $100 dollars more than my coverage. By this times the dealership was closed and it was too late to get my vehicle to the service department.I was then told to call for my own tow on Monday the 25th and could contact them for reimbursement for my tow. I have enclosed the invoice from Chucks Towing for $210.84 which I paid with Visa.Because of very poor service by Allstate I had to wait an extra 2 days to get my car repaired.Member #********* Since ****Business Response

Allstate Roadside Assistance has been contactedby *************************** from ********************* and they have yet to give her the receipt or any response regarding this issue.Please view receipts from ***** Airport regarding parking at the airport.I also attached a receipt for the key purchased from ****** ***** Bay.**** from ****** sent an itemized receipt with ***************************, manager of JB Xtreme towing, who paid for the diagnostic work.I have attached the receipt for monthly storage fees incurred while waiting for the damage to be repaired.I contacted Allstate Roadside Assistance on 8.16.2022 and spoke to ***** who told me that I would receive the tow receipt in 24hrs. However I never received it.I contacted Allstate Roadside Assistance on 8.17.2022 and spoke to **** whotold me that I would receive the tow receipt in 24 to 48hrs.However I never received it.I contacted Allstate Roadside Assistance on 8.19.2022 and spoke to ***** whotold me that I would receive the tow receipt in 24hrs.However I never received it.I contacted Allstate Roadside Assistance on 8.23.2022 and spoke to ***** who told me that I would receive the tow receipt in 24 to 48hrs.However I never received it.I contacted Allstate Roadside Assistance on 8.25.2022 andspoke to ***** who told me thatI would receive the tow receipt in 1hr.However I never received it.I contacted Allstate Roadside Assistance again on 8.25.2022 and asked to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with ***, the supervisor and he told me that I would receive the tow receipt in 24hrs.However I never received it.Looking at the number of BBB complaints, AllState Roadside Assistance owners should look harder at these cases because resolutions can easily be made with follow through by simply giving a receipt to their customers. This is clearly a case of negligence against JB Xtreme and it is apparent that Allstate Roadside Assistance is covering up for their vendors.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:All I need from Allstate is for them to email a copy of the receipt for payment to JB Xtreme Towing for the May 18th tow. Initially Allstate's response was that they would contact me in 48hrs, but they did not contact me. This is terrible customer service from a supposedly reputable insurance company. Such a request should not take all this time and correspondence to comply.
