      We have used allstate roadside for towing 3 times in the last year and all 3 times we waited 3 to 5 hours for a tow truck. All three time they gave us the run around, constantly telling us that the tow truck was 20 min away, or on the way. Then we would call.backnand it would be another 20 or 30 min. My son has been stuck on the side of the road after dark multiple times. This sort of service is supposed to provide peace of mind but it does not.

      They are absolutely HORRIBLE. They keep refusing to reimburse me for a towing service they could not profied and to told me to call my own service and sent the receipt that they arranged because I send the original receipt with my credit card). Iand said the never get it so sent them copies (numerous times) of my bank statement showing the charge, but they keep denying my request saying they need a receipt. I've asked them to provide me a receipt, but nothing there either. I've been dealing with them for the last nine months on this and it's beyond ridiculous.

      I am rejecting this response because:they never call they scam me by not getting services and then told me to pay for it on my own $290 and never get my money from them, i been with them for 15 years this is the worst
