      I have been with Allstate for a while, paying on a policy each month, while everything is all good until service is needed. I needed to use roadside assistance for a flat tire. The company that Allstate sent to service me damaged my car, and now I'm getting the run around trying to get them to fix the damage done by the company they sent out. I have been calling and emailing ****** ******. I was told by "******" that I was approved for the damage done to my car for $621.71, and a check would be sent out within seven days, but I haven't received anything and every time I call Roadside or Motor Club they don't know who he is, or they can't get in touch with him. I would like payment for the damage to my car; I have sent all that was required of me. I have also asked to speak to someone over him as well, but it seems that he isn't accountable to anyone because there isn't anyone over him that I can speak with to solve this matter. If the shoe were on the other foot and I had to pay them, they would do everything in their power to receive payment from me.

      I am rejecting this response because: I would like to receive a resolution for the damages done to my car not just an automatic statement telling me to call you all. And even when I called, it's the same process (they give you the run-a-round) all over again. I would like someone to reach out to me via phone call *********** or **********) concerning the approval of payment by ****** ****** in the *************************** for the damages to my car. Damages were done to my car, and I want a resolve not just someone tell me to reach out to them. That shows no accountability from this company, and something should be done about that.

      They wasn't able to find a tow, so we found one ourselves and paid $80 for it. Signature motor club said they would refund me for the tow. I sent the receipt from the towing company to them through the mail back in January and never received it.

      Ive been a member of Allstate motor club for many years, recently Ive had a flat tire which I replaced and sent my information in which would be my receipt to three different emails called them several times no resolution from them one says yes email received one says no and thus has been since 3/7/25 the last email was sent to a supervisor as I was instructed to do and nothing I pay monthly for this service and they seem unable to handle a simple claim I ask to speak with a supervisor and they say they will put in a request first a call back which never happens I just want them to honor my claim and allow me to speak with a competent person or supervisor who can take care of this issue I pay my dues monthly and they dont seem to be able to honor my auto plan.

      Elite Motor Club Benefits; Allstate Agent deny reimbursement benefits to primary member of account just because three days past when mechanic unable to diagnose until a maximum time being until the 19th of March 2025. Vehicle towed to the mechanic shop on 13th of March 2025. Allstate Agency deny reimbursement for rental vehicle when in reality mechanic shop unable to even diagnose cause of vehicle breakdown until four to five days later after initial tow to mechanic shop anyways. Allstate Agent deny benefits even though it states: "or until repairs are met." Screenshot of benefits promises.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The buyer has reached out to ALLSTATE many times in the past via phone in an attempt to gain clarification on what trip interruption means, because as far as buyer knew the primary vehicle is inoperable, so policy buyer is in grave need of rental vehicle. And, travel has been interrupted requiring hence a rental vehicle while primary vehicle is towed to mechanic for repair due to mechanical breakdown while vehicle was in motion vehicle suddenly stalled or stopped on the driver with dashboard lights all coming on. Vehicle would not start anymore at all. Driver practically stranded. But, primary policy holder was within vicinity of a mechanic shop and able to receive a tow, and tow trucker kindly drove the member of Allstate Motor Club to primary residency. But, denied rental reimbursement on rental by agency. No agent has explained to policy holder to make any further complaints to **************************** for needed help in understanding the verbiage within the benefits page. Simply only saying, it is past three days of mechanical breakdown; or saying, the reimbursement coverage is for AFTER a rental car has been received, that if the rental vehicle itself has mechanical errors that rental reimbursement is available. And, also stated that even though the benefits page claim that the primary policy holder receives seven rescues in a twelve month period, the agency claimed that seven rescues a year do not apply unless the primary policy holder adds not just one more member, but seven rescues only apply, if primary policy holder adds one more additional member name with a total of three members, then does seven rescues apply. But, the benefit declaration page does not state that the primary policy holder needs to add one more member in order to get seven rescues a year instead of only five rescues in a year's time. The primary member cannot locate in benefits declaration page where it states seven rescues only if primary member pays extra fee for one more additional member with it making a total of three members. Seems like a made up excuse to deny seven rescues over just five rescues when primary member upgraded to the elite allstate club member benefits package before the initial annual policy benefits were the basic membership within the club; making initially five rescues a year. But, the only upgrade that appears apparent when buying more benefits is the ten miles to being one hundred miles benefits package. The primary member upgraded to the elite membership back in January of 2025. But, the amount of actual rescues available to primary member after accepting the elite plan remain the same amount to being five rescues instead of being updated to two extra rescues after buying the elite plan which in the benefits page it says seven rescues not just five like with the basic plan there are five rescues. Primary member updated the membership to elite benefits surpassing the basic plan; but received no updated benefits for amount of rescues to reflect the said offer. Agency say, only seven if there be a primary member and two extra members, but the benefits page never says that in the declaration. Simply states that elite allstate motor club members receive seven rescues in one years time. Primary member was under the impression that travel reimbursement was available with the elite allstate motor club membership up to one thousand and five hundred dollars so member may resume commuting until primary vehicle is repaired due to mechanical breakdown. The primary vehicle needs a tow after a diagnostic was made on Monday March 17, 2025, and is scheduled tomorrow March 22, 2025 to be taken to a different mechanic shop for repair for timing belt, and waterpump. The vehicle initially was towed to ********** during after hours due to a mechanical failure @9:00PM. But, Carnahands was too far booked out to do repair in a needed time frame until April 1, 2025. Carnahands recommended a mechanic shop not far away. Primary member has needed to have several rescues made in order to get it repaired. Next scheduled tow is on Friday March 21, 2025. At which time a rental reservation was made, but due to denial of reimbursement for a rental in time of trip interruptions from Allstate Elite Motor Club; the reservation that was initially placed through ALLSTATE ELITE MOTOR CLUB APP for tomorrow at Budget Rent A Car on Friday March 21, 2025 @12:00PM has been unfortunately canceled.

      On January 13th my husband and I decided to give a person a ride home, when we did the road the person lived on was iced over, however our 4 wheel drive didn't work and still doesn't. I have towing through Allstate motor **** I called the company and requested my money back and they informed me I needed to send an email request and that I would have someone call me or email me back. I completed the request to them on Jan. 15th. Since then no one has contacted me back. I had tried several times to contact them. I finally made contact with someone on March 3rd and was told that all supervisors were in meetings and that they would call me back in an hour. 2 and a half hours later I called back because no one called me. I was told that the previous agent informed me incorrect information. Since then, the supervisor I spoke with Sharidh said she would get on this immediately and that they never receieved my request. She requested for me to send the email to her directly and I did that again. Now present day of March 6th, this company keeps telling me I need to send the invoice info to them i have done so and they keep telling me that it's not an invoice because there isn't an invoice number but there is one listed. Then i am told they can't verify my account information from which the payment information was taken from so i then took pictures of my card information and account information and submitted it. They are still refusing. I just want reimbursed the $200.00 for the tow that I was covered for, but they couldn't accomidate to.

      Contacted Allstate Insurance, regarding a tow as I had been paying for the Roadside Assistance Program. After the initial tow request was canceled, I contacted customer support. I was told the *** operator had canceled the request, and that they would find another. After some time, I was told that a service had been located, and "After utilizing your benefits, and our negotiated rates, a balance of $349.00 is due to your provider at the time of service." The towing distance is ~4 miles. I called a local service, and the very first one stated their rates are $85 for the hook-up, and $4 per mile. I chose to pay out of pocket. With my "Benefit" this would have been a grand total of $449.00. I paid a monthly fee to be scammed.

      I am rejecting this response because: The Information indicated did not include the date complained, 02/25/25. Did not include the service, Roadside Assistance. It also did not include the Disputed Amount, $449.00, less the $100.00 coverage due to participating in the Roadside Assistance Program for a monthly fee. The first local provider stated the price to be $85 for hookup, and $4 per mile. What Allstate did was wrong, it should be illegal. The were charging around 4 time the actual price.

      Allstate violated their own policy for the Market Value of my car(totaled) they told me (on the phone and in mail) all comps must be within 500 miles So i sent those which met there standards (5 comps) Then because they were to high they changed there guidelines/rules and went nearly 1000 miles for comps and violated their own rules They are trying to take advantage of a SR ******* thanks **** Car was a 2024 ************** only 3 months old when crash occurred.

      On 12/21/2025, a request for a tow was done through Allstate Roadside services. Monsoon towing responded and towed our vehicle 20 miles to ***** of ****** at ********. Upon dropping the car the tow Co. driver was instructed to collect an additional $80.08 by Roadside svc's over our $150 tow plan, which has not happened in the past for svc. Contact was done with our Allstate Ins agent. Whom said we would be reimbursed in 7-10 days. With no re-imbursement we contacted Roadside Svc that stated the additional $80.08 was charged by ******* towing. Tow driver *** was then contacted and said they never collect extra, that it came from Roadside Svc's. A 3 way call was done and *** refuted Roadside, saying it did not come from Monsoon. Roadside told us we would be reimbursed the funds in 7-10 days. That did not happen.

SO I CALLED ALLSTATE TO ASK WHERE THEY WERE SINCE SHE COULDN'T GIVE ME AN ANSWER, THEY CALLED THEM, AND THE LADY SES I CANCELLED. SO I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY ARE, AND THAT APPARENTLY TRANSLATES TO "I CANCELLED".THE *********** IS TRASH FOR LYING, THIS SERVICE IS TRASH, AND ALLSTATE IS TRASH. THEY GET THESE TOW COMPANIES THAT TAKE ***S FROM THEM KNOWING THEY CAN'T ACTUALLY GET TO THE DESTINATION AT THE CONTRACTED TIME, IN HOPES YOU ARE IN NO HURRY AND WON'T SAY ANYTHING WHEN THEY PULL UP 5 HOURS AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE . THIS IS WHAT THEY DO. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE ***, INSPECTOR AND INSURANCE COMMISSION AND IF YOU THINK IM PLAYING WITH YOU, TRY ME.WE PAY FOR THIS SERVICE EVERY MONTH, AND WHEN WE DO USE I,T YOU EITHER DONT SHOW OR YOU SHOW HOURS LATER AFTER THE CONTRACTED TIME BUT YET AND STILL,I BET YOU DONT HAVE A PROBLEM TAKING OUR MONTHLY PAYMENT NOW DO YOU.

      On 10-21-2024, I called for a towing. I had to pay $201.00 because my account was on hold due to my card being renewed on 12-6-2024. I was told by the Allstate roadside assistance customer service *** that I can pay for the towing, and when my card gets renewed on 12-06-2024, call us back to file a claim. On 12-31-2024, I get an email from ******** ********, Payment Services Department, saying the claim was denied due to no name inside the receipt. On 1-15-2025, I sent a copy of my receipt from the towing company, so this company refuses to reimburse my money, and I am still a member of this service. I want my refund back like I was told.
