      Horrible experience! Don't use them! You're better off doing it yourself. I called for a flat tire at 3:45pm and was told someone was coming at 5:30pm. When they didn't show up, I called Allstate, and they told me the first provider couldn't make it, so they were cancelling and ordering another one, who would arrive at 6:20pm. Meanwhile, there was a torrential downpour and thunderstorm, and I had to jump into my car. Their website tracker stopped working after the second carrier, and I had to call them to find out what was going on. After I complained about the service, the Hispanic customer service woman at ********************** suddenly pretended like she couldn't hear me and hung up on me when a few minutes earlier she could hear me perfectly well. I had to call Allstate yet again. Meanwhile, the second provider cancelled, and they ordered a third, who would arrive at 7:30pm. Then that one was cancelled, and I had to wait for provider #4, who actually showed up close to 8pm, followed by #5, who arrived soon after. Now I had two to pick from, except #4 had already started. When I asked for a simple tire change request, they told me I would have to pay extra. They didn't even fix my flat they only put the donut on my car. I waited four hours for help, made numerous phone calls, and their terrible customer service was obviously in another country. I've had them for years, and the last time I used them, they were good. Not this time! They deserve a 0 for how bad their service is. I'm cancelling my membership.

      Horrible! My GM protection outsourced my tow to them. They never stated that there was a $ ****************************************************************************************** they were going to impound my car. I thought this was some kind of scam. I said that I wanted to call my coverage to confirm the charge. I called and I did owe. I called them back several times to make the payment the phone would pick up and hang up. Finally I called Centerville Towing to locate my car. They said that Allstate told them to compound the vehicle and I now owed $66.65, $347, $50 plus additional for towing took my car dealer. There was a total of 48 calls made that day. Many of them not answered. Lastly I got them they said they would review This and call me back in the am. They never did. Called my car dealer they said they never heard of such a thing and many times they just put the extra fee on their bill and collect when the Work is completed. The dealer called the Towing and was able to get it down to $350. Which I paid. I tried to call Allstate today and a recorded message and hang up. If I could give a review of 0, I would.

      Absolute worst service. I've been paying for Allstate Motor Club for years, and the one time I needed them, I got nothing. Broke down on the side of a mountain pass at 9:30 pm. Called *** for a tow, called, negotiated, called again, got the run around and ultimately waited till 2 am. Before finally calling my own tow truck. Absolutely awful. Do not get scammed by Allstate Motor Club.

      Pure garbage! It took 6 or 7 tow companies supposedly with the assignment to tow my car from my apartment complex. Only one showed up! The car was booted! Echlon but the next day I thought after speaking with me on Wednesday the car would be towed to the dealership. Come Friday at 5 the service department at Infiniti lets me know it never arrived! I just asked them to refer a company and paid the $315! I now have peace. Did I mention half of my hair fell out due to this extra stress! Save your ********* wont join **** again! They referred this trash of a company.

      I purchased Allstate roadside assistance in early January on 2/15/25 I requested service to change my tire the provider was assigned to my claim never showed up and marked the claim as completed. I called Allstate and they said I had to pay out of pocket if I wanted to request service again or wait 72 hours so my benefits would cover the cost it seems Allstate doesn't have honest and reliable contractors I do not recommend this service.

      Terrible customer service. Had trouble with the app. The system could not pin my location. The 1st tow company never showed. Called Roadside Assistance and they did not know that they never showed after waiting for 3 hours in 20 degree winter weather. They dispatched another company and waited another 3 hours before they arrived. Not the first time this has happened and we are canceling this service. Do yourself a favor and avoid Allstate roadside service!!!!

      This company is not the one you want to use for roadside assistance. They advertise online an Elite plan for **** members (100 miles of towing, two people) for ****** first year. When you click on it to sign up it leads you to a lower plan with only 10 miles of towing. We call it a false advertisement. We also call it a bad business practice!

      This is the worst service I have ever had. But didn't really have, because they never showed up! They dispatched a tow company and I was given a arrival time window which came and went with no service. I tried calling the tow company using the number I was provided and it just went to voice mail. Then I got another arrival time which was another hour and half wait. Tried calling the company again with the same results. I then contacted Allstate customer service and got absolutely no customer service. Was on the phone with them for over 45 minutes with no help. I checked the link I was provided and saw that my service was being delayed again by another hour and half. I had been waiting since about 5pm and the arrival time was going to be close to midnight. I gave up and let customer service I was very disappointed with their service and that of the tow company. They didn't care. I canceled the service and called another company who was less than 15 minutes away. They arrived within that 15 minutes and towed my vehicle home very quickly for a reasonable price. Stay away from Allstate roadside service unless time is no issue for you.

      Horrendous experience today using Allstate roadside assistance. Blew a tire on way to work at 6am. Immediately called Allstate Roadside Assistance and was kept on hold for 40 mins only to get the call dropped before I could talk to a Human. Had to get my wife to pick me up, take me to work and leave my truck on the side of the road. I then continued to try and call Allstate Roadside Assistance from work for the next 2 hours only to be kept on hold the entire time. I did finally speak to an "Assistance Coordinator" and I could neither hear her (very quiet talker) or understand her (Not a very strong speaker in English). We then mysteriously got disconnected after asking her to repeat herself. I eventually got through to an qualified English speaking agent and he took care of getting me what I needed to get my truck towed for a new rim and tire. All in all, Allstate Roadside Assistance is no where near CAA for customer Service (Had CAA for 10 years prior to switching). Very disappointing as Allstate is such a huge company and you would think customer Service would be important to them but this is the day we live in. To call yourself a "24/7 Roadside Assistance" I would think that your after hours call center should be more equipped to handle a simple Roadside tow at 6am in the morning but what do I know?

      I was unable to log in to my account or receive any help online. No phone numbers were given and online chat was no help at all. After contacting the local Allstate agent I was able to get a number but received no help other then given another number which just passed me on to someone else unable to help and so on. Finally got hold of someone who says that they will not renew my account as I requested and I will not be charged on my credit card. There is no email confirmation of this so still not sure that I won't be charged. All of this took about ********************************************************************************* for help. I was ready to continue my coverage with them but not after this. I had never put in a call or claim in the time I was with them and my coverage expires in 5 days.
