  Terrible Call Allstate for a lock out and even though I have a policy I paid with debit card and I was informed I need to submit a receipt that their sending to my email in 72 hrs to get a refund which possibly might get denied I dont know what I have got myself into .. looking at the reviews and thats horrible for them to do this to people Contacting the News team . Tired of this mess

  Do not take Allstate roadside assistance. My car went off road and when I called the number on the card for the assistance. The operator asked my membership #, when i provided the number he said you are not a member. I had to hire a tow truck to get my car. After a week I got a letter from Allstate saying your membership renewal is due in 2 weeks. Today November 15th 2023 its the 4th time I am calling the Allstate roadside assistance to get my case resolved and get my reimbursement for the money spend on tow truck. I requested to talk with supervisor on every call but was given standard response that supervisor will call you which I have never received. Do not take this service.

  November 10 we had the worst encounter with an Allstate Motor Club/Roadside driver. I heard the tow truck drive up and it sounded like he was about to drop the car, but he couldn't in front of our house because we moved all the vehicles to clear the driveway. Well, to say the least, I was told he was suppose to make contact, but he didn't. Instead, he was in front of my neighbor's house exchanging words, by the time I got outside. I didn't hear the exchange but it was concerning the mailbox. I told him the delivery is over here. He ignored me and proceeded to unload the badly damaged car in front of my neighbor's house. I told him the delivery was in the back on the driveway. He proceeded to tell me he was only obligated to drop the car at the address. I told him he was not at my address and we always have our cars delivered on our driveway. He said, "Well, I'll just take it back to the shop I got it from!". I asked him. "Is there anything wrong, sir? I don't understand. I have done nothing to offend you, have I? What seems to be the problem?" He said, "There is not enough space in your alley for me to get back there." I said, "Sir, every other tow truck, some larger than yours has driven our alley. It is large, wide, clear, and clean, so I know for a fact that isn't true. Also, the entrance on the other side behind my driveway, which makes it totally accessible. I don't understand why you are being so discourteous to me." So, I go inside to get my phone to record the interaction. He drives down the alley with no problem. He gets angry because I am recording to show our alley and access. He calls pretends to be talking to someone, hangs up, then claims whoever was on the other end of the phone authorized him to damaged car in the middle of the alley. He hands me the keys. I let him know I would be filing a complaint with Allstate. I called Allstate. I got the run around. It was a very stressful and upsetting situation for no reason at all.

  I had a great experience. I don't have a cellphone, but was broken down very near my house. Walked home, called the number and they said I didn't have to be there with key. Great. Driver called a few minutes later to get particulars, and said he would gladly swing by the house as it was close by and my feet hurt, lol. Obtained key and took truck across town to the shop, and slipped the key through the slot in the door. Excellent. They used a local outfit, ******* Towing. TT Operator was professional AND personable.

  I would give them 10 -stars if I could. They are thieves they give you claim numbers saying you will be reimbursed and then say no you call them they say they will escalate it they never do. You call and cancel they say your getting a refund you never receive it call them back they say they owe you nothing due to a claim. They are a bunch of thieves that will take your money and not provide the service. Don't get scammed go anywhere else but here.

  I had the most horrible experience with this organization. I called to get a tow. I paid and waited 3 hours. The app they encouraged you to utilize stated a ***** pm arrival. They stated a 328 pm. They cancelled the request after I paid $159 and told me I had to pay again . I spoke with *************************** . I asked for a supervisor and she refused to give me one. Stated I will get a refund. I paid again and then I received a call from dispatch from a absolute horrible customer service. I explained the situation and she said I had to pay. I said I already paid again. She said I will call you back. She called back and stated she will refund all money and it has been canceled. I explained to her 4 times what occurred and that do not cancel the 2 dispatched. Asked for a supervisor, she also refused. I will be canceling my subscription and going to AAA.

  Do not use this roadside assistance, they are so limited in services.. I've been paying my monthly fees for more than a year now used the assistance 2 times they are still taking monthly payments . I needed a jump start so I went online to request assistance only to be charged $94.00 luckily it was declined. I called to ask why am I paying monthly if this isn't covered he didn't want to help me. First he claimed there was no request for assistance when I told him I request it half an hour ago he claimed it wasn't there he kept looking and said, oh I see it now. I asked again what is up with the charge he said I used up my benefits. I was like okay it's been a year since I used it last. He just said the only way I can dispatch service is by me paying the $94 dollars, I said but I need help I pay monthly and it's still valid till October 6, 2023 he said I have to talk to roadside side assistance support which is supposed to be 24 hours 7days a week. Only to tell me that customer service is closed on Sunday. Wow really Allstate? Shameless bad business motto.. switching to a more reliable service.

  **************** is very poor I called twice to renew my membership and it was not renewed . **************** take my credit card number and told me that my Membership was effective, two weeks later payment was still in my account. check online and was informed that my Membership was not renewed.

  The most miserable experience of my life Dealing with Allstate road service. Finding a new insurance company. I waited for 5 hours for the Pop a lock guy. He was *********. Called for a tow he came 6 hours later after the car dealership closed. NEVER AGAIN. Awful awful awful

  I have been at a ******* parking lot since 9:00pm and I am still here at 1:31 am ( yes I did say 1:31) am. All-State send a wrecker service by the name of ******* TOWING AND RECOVERY but the guy could not pick up my vehicle because he did not have the correct equipment and they would not send another truck because they said it was there best person for the job. But it was not the guy it was the service equipment that was not addaquit for the job. I have been trying to get with ALL-STATE Tto send me another wrecker. The person told me he would call me back I waited for over an hour and still not call back. Finally I got a hold of someone and nor they want to charge me over ****** for a service that should be free due to the planthat we are paying for. All-State is the WOURST COMPANY TO **** WITH.I YOU HAVE A LOVE I N THAT NEEDS TO BE TOW I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ALL-STATE FOR YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.And NO !!! YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS.
