  4 hours . (At first it was 30 mins, then 90 minutes, then another 90 minutes.) we waited 4 hours until we decided to just stop and call 911 instead. I am pregnant and it was difficult being in the 90 degree weather with no water or anything. And we stayed completely patient. By the way the reason for the delay was only because they looked at our live location and kept saying we are in a restricted residential street but we tried to explain we are on the highway right next to the residential block. Even though they said that was fine, They wouldnt accept this because of where the location was automatically coming up for them. And then one towing company transferred it to anotherand then that one had us wait 90 minutes until they told Allstate that the job was complete while we were still there , stranded. Additionally, we explained to each person we spoke to that service is terrible where we are and tried really hard to work with them and make their jobs easier but no one ever tried coming to us.We removed AllState completely as an insurance after this experience.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased Allstate Motor Club in 2022 for $159/year. I thought I would get an email or letter for a bill for 2023. I saw on my bank acct. an unknown withdrawal on 8/1/23 for $173 and called the number to find out it was Allstate Motor Club. I asked for a receipt for this and was told they do not send emails. What? I never heard of that! I saw on my bank account that another charge for $173 was taken on 8/4/23. I called Allstate to cancel. I didn't want to deal with their unsavory business practices. I said I wanted a refund of $346 for two payments. I was told I would be refunded.They refunded $173 but not the whole amount. I called again only to be told that they have expedited this (where? to who?)because they are not seeing an additional charge on their end. The woman said other customers have called about the same issue where they were charged twice and Allstate doesn't see that. Really? What is going on here? Do not do business with them!

  I've had this service for more than 20 yrs. Tues. 15th was the last straw. I ruined two tires on something. Called the 800 number. Listened to all the recordings about the app, which doesn't work; finally got someone in another country who couldn't ***************** ******* so I could tell her where I was. Sent someone to change a tire but I only have one spare. Very nice man who looked up the closest tire store for me. Called Roadside back and said I need a tow. The said someone was coming in ***** min. Then they called back and said their truck had broken down and they would look for another. After almost 4 hrs. a relative helped me locate another tow company. He was there in less than 30 min. Very nice man, stayed with me till we were sure the rims were ok at the tire co. That was the third time they had left me miles from home and never sent a truck. As long as my vehicle was in my driveway and I was safe, they actually sent a truck. Cancelling.

  Cancelling after today. Have waited two days for a tow. First day they said 160 mins. We got someone to get the car home. Today I called. They cancelled my first two that was on the way because I complained it was late. The 2nd tow company was another 2 hours. Then I called back and they sent a 3rd. I will never used them again. After this two I will go back to AAA. Still waiting on the 3rd tow aget 5 hours.

  I have been a member since 11/2011 with no problems until now. After a problem with billing I discontinued for a year. After rejoining I needed a tow and was quoted $154 for it even though I have ************** We called the number listed but no one answered, it only directed you to the app. The next morning I called and was placed on hold 11 times only to hold for 10 to 15 minutes then be disconnected. When I did get through I was told it was an error with the app. No one had an acceptable answer for why I was told to pay for a service that is covered.

  Today I call Allstate motor club for a battery jump. I use the mobile app and was told I had to pay $199 for service. I ask why when I paid $13.42 per month for roadside service. I talked to several motor club employees and was never able to get a resolve. However three different technicians showed up to jump the battery. In the meantime, I thought they said it would be $199 service charge my husband took the battery to OReillys auto parts and they charge the battery.Allstate motor club said that there was a glitch in the mobile app. I wish that someone would fix that and not charge me $199 for A service for which I am already paying $13.42 for. Please help!!!

  Started calling at 7:30am for tow. It took over 3 hrs to just begin to get results. I was referred to 6 different phone numbers. One was even a fax! It's 100 outside and Allstate Roadside is carelessly unprofessionally wasting my time! Terminating service. "Download the app to get service ". What if I'd been in a no internet service zone?? What if I hadn't had water?? What if the first number called actually managed to help me?? What if the 3rd number i was referred to wasn't a FAX!? There's more details that I could get into... but what I've written is sufficient to make the point. The only rep that gave me results was Kisseann. When I gave her the member # she processed it through. Earlier when I spoke with ******, he couldn't process anything. Told me I'd have to get the number from some pprwrk. I said so I should WALK home to get this info?? So yeah, i hit one wall after another until the skilled tow service arrived and smoothly took care of everything for our tow. Five hours later, no fault to the tow service, and all the fault to Allstate Roadside. Boo!!!

  ************** 07/12/23 around 7:00P.M I was needing a tow after over 45 minutes on hold I called my Allstate agent and thanks to ****** he got me to Allstate motor club and three-way calling we got a hold of Allstate motor club lady took information name address where the vehicle was what kind of vehicle etc etc she's in 15 minutes I'll call you text you with the confirmation to a tow truck after about two and a half hours later I decided it wasn't coming then someone from the tow company said well we'll come tow it but you got to pay $320 up front cash I said no thank you I wouldn't use Allstate motor club for the last people on earth

  Been with paying this company for 14 years and used the just a few times. Now they don't even have someone to call. Just look at the reviews below mine. Same experience.
