      Worst app ever!!This app doesn't work. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it twice. There is no account information on policy or billing. Says there's no phone number for an account. I keep getting notices that my payment is declined. I updated my payment info.. it shows payment was made through my bank. Still no information on the app. when I call customer service they find my account just fine. I thought the reason for the app, was so I didn't have to deal with the LONG wait on the telephone, and limited hours

      Terrible service! I waited for two and a half hours to get my car battery charged in the east bay! When the guy arrived in his car he pulled out a battery charger and said one of his trucks was broken and the traffic was bad!! What is It was an emergency? Worse roadside service Ive ever had! The man was apologetic. Looking for a new roadside service tomorrow.

      Left me stranded in a HORRIBLE part of town for over 4 hours before I started to walk the 2 miles back to the Motel. AAA has NEVER left me stranded for more than 45 minutes.... Seriously looking at going back to AAA...

      They left me and my Family stranded on the side of a highway for 4 hours and told me that they wouldn't send a tow truck unless I paid an extra $50 after I've been a member for over 20 years

      DO NOT CALL FOR ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE if you are in the middle of Georgia. They are the most unhelpful people I have ever spoke to, let alone the language barrier. My son at the age of 20 who travels to ******* every weekend from ******* had truck problems. After 4 mind blowing hours of phone calls and speaking to many different people, 1 of which told me that it was corrected and they had the right address to pick the truck up at. I politely told them to forget about a tow truck. Im just appalled that somebody would run a business this way.

      TERRIBLE service. Left me in a precarious position, alone, on the highway. The *** doesnt work well and was of no use to me when I needed it. The customer service is the worst. ****, unknowledgeable folks that REFUSED to put my call through to a manager. I think the manager actually refused to take my call. The 800 number went round and round and wouldnt let me get anywhere with it. I caution anyone who is thinking of purchasing road side assistance from them. Youll be sorry.

      Lord, they are complicated! Billing is complicated if theres any error. Any and all calls are foreign operators who are very difficult to understand. Frequent errors in benefits. Never receive my carfax reports unless I call numerous times. Roadside takes hours for any services. The automated recording constantly tells you to use the motor club app which doesnt work, never not once does it work. If you dont mind waiting 4 or 5+ hours for any rescues AND can tolerate the language barriers that have always made the situation worse, a faulty app, recording after recording, and no getting the benefits you paid for then yeah its a good roadside company.

      They try to still money out of your bank account after you already paid for the service then they try again to charge your bank again you call them over and over they say it wont happen again then the next week they do it again and try to charge you again for the service and then you get lied to over and over saying it wont happen again even had a manager say it wont and sure enough a week later they keep doing it I have called and called just keep getting lied to Im about to sue ***** ***** for this s*** dont ever get roadside from Allstate customer service can even answer you questions at all you tell them

      Called for a tow for my car, waited for 4 hours. Did not get any assistance. Kept calling and no one could tell me when my car would be tow to my house. The service is terrible. Have to care whether you are in danger or not. The App is not functional. The chat is worse. Kept asking me the same question over and over. This service *****. Worst roadside assistance ever.

      My husband was in a accident with someone that has allstate. I filed a claim .They said they had to talk to person who hit **. They aren't answering phone.if they don't my claim will be denied.they refuse to take police report. Their customer service *****. Why should we be punished if people who hit isn't answering. I need my car and the trailer we was towing fixed. *** made a uturn in front of husband he tried to avoid accident. He wasn't found at fault .Allstate says your in good hands that's a lie.my insurance I don't have collision.so they can't help me.im being punished for someone else's mistake.
