      I cancelled my policy with Allstate Motor Club today. I have been paying the premium for 4 years. Two months ago, my car broke down in a remote area in **** and I had to resort to a local towing company; paid $375 out of pocket for it. I was instructed by Allstate to submit a receipt for reimbursement. Several days later I received a Denial to pay claim email because I didnt pre-authorize. My policy limit was $250 and I would have been happy with that reimbursement. Their loyalty team offered to reduce my premium by half I I stayed on; for what? Im DONE with Allstate!. Hope this response helps your decision.

      Worst Service Ever 5 hours waiting on the side of the road and app said service was completed. I called and chat and they kept saying they will be there in 45 mts and ***** again and another 2 hours and after 5 hours THEY NEVER SHOWED UP ! This is ridiculous I was stranded with my 3 kids and 1 is special needs. That's not right. If from the beginning they would had said it will be over 5 hours I would had done something else. I want the MANAGER to take immediate action.

      Called for a tow,waited about 3 hours and then they texted me and send that I cancelled the tow which I never did,so they said they would have to start all over and all night I waited for them to find me a tow and nine hours later they found me a tow for a total of 12 hours waiting to finally get towed.Horrible experience,poor customer service,I would never recommend this company to anybody

      The Mile *********** is a scam! I have it installed in my car and only been charged daily because I WFH & hardly leave my home. I got an alert on 4/28/23 stating my device wasnt working since 3/18/23. I had $125 in my account before have to replenish by 5/12/23. This company not only took the $125 but had me at -$92! Then I contacted them 7xs placed on hold and was hung up on each time. Total scammers! I will be searching for other insurance! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

      Called Allstate ***************** for a tow. The time frame in which Allstate said the tow truck would come would be three to six hours from the call. Called back asking for a different tow truck, was given the same service provider located in ********. Had to call for our own tow and they arrived 30 minutes later. Called to check status on reimbursement check and ******** and ****** are very incompetent. ************************* up on me. ****** refused to get a supervisor for me because I would give him a reason why I needed to speak to a supervisor. Their customer service is less than one star. I wish I could give them a negative star.

      Allstate Roadside is the worst possible coverage. I could not believe the level of poor service. I had been an Allstate customer for 30 years and I recently added Allstate Roadside. My first tow they took to the wrong location. I realized that people are human so a mistake is possible, but what upset me was their refusal to correct the mistake and lies about a conducting an investigation. They delivered my car to the wrong service provider. I didn't know where my car was for a month. I called Allstate Roadside and they said they would open an investigation and call me back in three days. They never called me back. So after five days I called them back and again they said they would escalate the situation and a supervisor would call me back in **** days. I never received a call back. Then the incorrect service provider finally looked up my Vin number and called me to inform me that they had my vehicle. Allstate made me pay for another tow to get my car to the correct service provider location. I immediately canceled this inept terrible service and signed up with AAA. I would not recommend Allstate Roadside to anyone. Poor management and customer service and they accused me of lying about my car not being at the correct service provider. Please choose another provider.

      They lie to ya about what coverage you have..Called about a claim then they tell me I have a different a coverage amount when I proved them wrong

      I signed up through AARP and it was a nightmare from the beginning and continues to this day. The only thing they get right is charging your credit card. After not even being able to establish a password for access to whatever service they would botch as I would be stranded on the road later on. I just wanted to cancel. This was within hours of signing up and it took forever to finally get to a person that said that he could handle this process. What he actually did was try to convince me not to cancel and after assuring me that he had cancelled my account, would not answer my questions about whether a refund had been issued. When I pressed him on this matter, he hung up. Turns out he did not cancel my account and I am now battling them through my credit card company. They are the epitome of a bad service company.

      Horrible experience with this company!!! Talked to customer service for two days and truck was never picked-up so we were not towed so we did not receive any service. For two days I called for a tow and because the plan we purchased only towed up to ten miles they could do the tow but we had to pay out of pocket overage costs which amounted to $49.99. No tow first day and the shop they were towing from closed so we called and were told that ticket needed to be cancelled and we would be refunded within ***** hours by banking standards. Next day I called to put in ticket for tow and I had to pay $49.99 again for overage miles to complete the request for service. Received call from a woman from roadside assistance asking for $49.99 so they could disperse the tow truck and we told her we paid thirty minutes prior to her calling. She said she would call back and when she did she said the tow company was contacted and would be in route to pick up truck. Of course this never happened and we called again and this time we were told we had no more occurrences. Apparently a request for service is considered an occurrence and asked did we want to transferred to someone to talk about our plan. We are trying to get our $100 back and are getting the run around. I would not do business with Allstate Emergency Roadside Services EVER AGAIN and I hope they reverse both charges so we get our money back since we did not receive the service we paid for in additions to paying for the annual plan. Allstate has been around a very long time and I hope this roadside assistance does not destroy their Brand because they SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

      Worst roadside assistance experience ever. My car got stuck in the mud in the middle of the night, for 2 hours Allstate assured me that help was on the way. *** and frustrated, I dug my car out and was able to make it home. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
