      Worst roadside assistance Ive ever experienced. There is ALWAYS an issue and additional delays when dealing with roadside. How do you have contracts with third party companies who dont have the proper too for doing something as simply as CHANGING A TIRE?! Ive been stranded for 3 hours because they cant find a service provider to change a tire. This is soooo unacceptable. Ill be canceling my service after this month. Their road side is NOT 24/7 as they falsely advertised.

      Company discriminates against people who have project cars on property. They also don't do manufactured homes. This company is c*** They are rude on the phone when you call. I will never use this company again. All I can say is the company and people are disgusting to treat customers the way they do.

      Tire blew out at 8:30am. Was told technician would be here between 9:45-10:15: Its 11:30 and no one has shown. Every time I call so I get told Im next and it will be another 30 minutes. 30 minutes come and go and I get told the same thing.

      Ive been waiting for over 4 hours for a tow truck. They still havent found one. This is on ****** *********. I know there are many companies to call. You cant talk to a real person. The last time I just called my own tow and paid the bill. Allstate said they would reimburse me but they didnt. *********************. I will be cancelling this on Monday. This cost $120 a year.

      Absolutely the WORST service ever received. Around 5:45AM I had a tire blow in the middle of the highway. Luckily I was able to move to the shoulder somewhat away from traffic but still feeling my car sway after other vehicles drove past. I got my **** and spare tire out of the trunk. Unfortunately, the lug nuts did not move with my force. Around 6AM is when I called road side assistance through AllState. The goal was to get someone out to at least loosen the nuts, then either I or they can finish changing the tire. I was sent a link through text to track when a rescuer would arrive. 128 minutes (little over 2 hours) I was given from a nearby towing company. OK fine, I just listened to podcasts until they would arrive. 128 minutes later, no call no show. I was nice and gave them 10 more minutes, no call no show. This is when I called the towing company directly to find out the request had been canceled. So the tracking link was lying. The AllState representative on the phone was giving me the runaround. The towing company was giving attitude over the phone for AllState's mess up. Meanwhile, I am nowhere near closer than 128 minutes ago of getting resolved so I can get to work. I could of thought of so many better ways to waste my time. For example, calling an ex-girlfriend who, at the very least, knows better ways to fool around to s**** me in ways that I like. It was approaching the 3 hour **** of being stuck. A beyond amazing police officer arrived to my location, brought water as I was getting dehydrated, and was able to loosen the lug nuts. He went as far as actually putting the spare tire on. So the worst experience ever was met with the kindest experience ever. Life really does work mysteriously. At this time, I am going to cancel insurance through AllState

      Everything other reviews say is absolutely tru the LOUSIEST SERVICE , NO ACTUALLY THE WORST NON SERVICE EVER!!!DO NOT PAY FOR THE ROADSIDE SERVICE !!!!

      Like others, cannot get a live agent. Live chat is useless. 5 hours waiting for tow truck, 16 phone calls, 6 different numbers for Allstate Roadside and nobody showed up or or reached out. Finally called an independent towing company that came and got me. Allstate will "LowBall" the service companies so much that they won't service the customer, meaning YOU/ME WHO PAY THE ***** Better option is to get reimbursed through your Agent. But if you can't afford to pay out of pocket and wait to get your money back, your screwed.

      Called Allstate to get roadside assistance for my wife they said they would arrive in an hour the guy calls my wife and tell her its not worth his time to come out there and help her change the tire because he would only get $22 out of the $95 WTF!!

      Called Allstate for a jump start at 8 in the morning. They said arrival of help would be about 9 30. Ok, I can live with that. About 11 o'clock no one had shown up. I placed calls and no one answered. Finally at noon, I called an independent garage. They were there in ten minutes. Even then, no one ever called or came by!!!

      The service is terrible all the way around. I have been with this business membership for 2-years and counting. If I could give no stars. I would. They don't deserve any. They take your money each month but do not provide you with adequate services that is listed. They find excuses to deny the services you are paying for. You have customer service reps who tell you that you are are approved to receive reimbursement for a service that you had listed on your membership but when you go to claims as they direct you to do, you are denied. I have been denied twice. I was once denied because my car tire blew out and I was next to a tire shop in order to have it replaced. I contacted them and got a claim no., but I was denied reimbursement because the picture of the tire did not look good to them and they could not see information on the tire. I called to cancel my service and was told that they would give me a discount if I remain with them. I got a 1/2 off discount for a year. Now here we are with another incident where the front end of my care was damaged by no fault of my own but had to go in for repairs. I had the car towed called Allstate Motor Club to explain my issue and to see if I could get reimbursed for rental and tow. I was told that with my membership I was approved, but I needed to sumbit a letter to their claims department in ****** ** for confirmation and payment. I never received any sort of prior authorization number just verbal approval and an address to send my letter too. I get an email over a month later telling me I was denied because I did not have a claim number. This people are fraudulant and deceptive in their practices and taking money without offering services. They are a fraid in my eyes. I have canceled my membership today. They will not get anymore of my money for this no good membership program through Allstate. BIG Business is always for themselves...INSURANCE COMPANY get a real life and stop taking people's hard earned money fornothin
